We use a management company to handle our maintenance issues. They were unaware that we purchased a new water heater eighteen months ago. So when Robinson Plumping told them that in order to fix a minor problem the water heater needed to be replaced. Knowing that it was fairly new and most likely under warranty. The cost was $2800.00 again. The technician had to notice have the nenwness and recent installation of our water heater. Robinson Plumbing should have suggested that we contact the company that installed it eighteen months ago and use the warranty for repair. Instead $2800.00. Bad business. I have reported them to The Better Businerr Bureau.
We used this company for a small job and it went fine. Then got some estimates for a total house repipe and the estimate was great. We went with it and was supposed to take possibly up to 2 weeks but ended up turning into six due to family emergencies and this and that. Very poor quality with holes punched in places where it was obvious you couldn't run a pipe and the result was all the pipes were run outside. This is Palm springs so now the cold water in the tap is 100° in the summer. 5 weeks after getting paid and saying the job was completed the gardener informs us the irrigation system had never been hooked back up. Was hoping for something much better but not perfect but I cannot recommend this company for any major project.

I have used Robinson plumbing and heating for numerous jobs at my property in Palm Springs. The two major jobs they did for me were replace the gas piping in the house and replace all the water pipes after we had a massive flood. I really like working with Michael, he is very responsive and hard working and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend him.
I utilized Mike and his company, Robinson Plumbing and heating, for my home and my business as well. He is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. My toilets, drains and Reverse Osmosis Water systems were serviced by Mike personally. The job was done with no issues and with complete satisfaction. Can’t say enough good things about Mike and Jordan! They were right on time, fixed the issue with our toilet and even cleaned our shower from the backup! We will use Robinson plumbing for any future plumbing issues and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. They were extremely nice, professional and their prices are very fair

My experience with Robinson Plumbing Heating and Air was excellent. Mike Robinson took my call late at night due to a plugged drain. I called Mike past 8 p.m. and he came within the hour, when he got arrived, he carefully assessed the situation and gave me some clear options on how we could go forward. Mike ended up removing my toilet and put a snake down the drain to clear a blockage down far in the main drain. Its important to note that the whole time he wore a mask and carefully respected my home by being clean and neat. The problem was addressed, and the shower started to drain. I late hired Mike to do some other maintenance work and he came a few days later with the same respect and good work. I would strongly recommend Robinson Plumbing Heating and Air to anyone looking for a good honest company and owner! Thanks Mike!
Extremely pleased with Robinson Plumbing. Their professionalism, customer service, promptness, and integrity is rare. With their customer service skills, they did not make me feel like a stranger. They took their time to explain to me what the problem was and how it could be fixed. I was also very impressed by their pricing as it was very reasonable and did not feel like they were low balling me at all. It’s hard to find businesses with all attributes. I’ll definitely be calling Robinson Plumbing in the future or referring them to others when needed.
Michael and his son were so friendly and helpful!! We bought our house earlier this year and ended up finding a bunch of plumbing issues that Mike and his son were able to fix!. (Fixed 2 different broken sewer pipes inside of walls, replaced a leaking faucet in the bathroom, found and fixed a faulty toilet seal, repaired a leaking water drain pipe behind our laundry wall, fixed a broken vent pipe on our roof, and replaced a leaking main gas line from our meter to our house!!) Thankfully we found this company online and Mike was quick to respond and schedule our services. Hopefully we won't have any more plumbing surprises in the near future, but if we do I know we will definitely call Robinson!! Thank you!!

Mike is a true journeyman plumber, came to my home and added a new gas line for my pool heater and while he was here he changed out my boken pressure regulator. He had all the necessary tools needed to complete the task. I am very handy with tools but getting older and unable to complete this type of work anymore. I can still tell how well someone is at their trade by the way they they handle their tools and how neat the job was when completed. I highly recommend Mike for any of your plumbing needs.

Mike came by late evening due to our plumbing backed up. He responded quickly and resolved the issue in addition to fixing a valve that needed to be replaced. We really appreciate him going above his initial call.
Michael came by to check out a persistent gas leak, found nothing leaking and charged nothing. He suggested I call a leak detection service and they found a leak under the concrete slab. In Palm Springs this requires replumbing the house. I got several quotes and had Michael do the work. He figured out the best way to replumb, with no damage to the walls. The city required special large pipe for the job which was difficult to secure and expensive. Mike did the installation quickly neatly and at the agreed upon price. Totally satisfied.
We hired Michael Robinson to repair a main gas leak at a community pool in one of our HOA's in Indian Wells and he was the most professional, responsive and reliable vendor we have used in a long time. His pricing was reasonable and he out bid all other vendors and provided the best customer service. If you are looking for a great company to use for any of your plumbing/heating and air conditioning needs, please make sure you use this company.
