Robinson Air Care provided my family with great and honest service. Would highly recommend them! We were quoted an outrageous price from another company and decided to get another opinion. I am so glad that we did! Robinson Air Care fixed the issue for a fraction of the price.

Had them come check out why the ac wasn’t cooling properly. He “cleaned” it and said it should work fine. When i asked why the temp in the house hasn’t changed and if he offered any kind of warranty for the work he just did if nothing changed in the next few days. he told me that he would charge me to come out again. How do you not stand behind your work? If you know 100% what you did was right then you would say OF COURSE! After having to get stern with him he finally said “call me if you need me.” So unprofessional. Will not let this company back in my house.
We had 3 other companies come out when our hvac unit started having issues. Robinson Air Care was the 4th and last company to come out. Out of all the technicians that came out he seemed the most experienced. He was professional; gave me a 25 min heads up before he arrived; and was able to diagnose, fix, and test everything within 2 hours. I liked that he had many various testing tools, and repair tools, and the replacement part and refrigerate already with him. He also was good at explaining everything I had questions about. Thank you!
