These guys are great. They’re quick and efficient. Jacob is really personable and helps you understand what issues there may be. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need any repairs or maintenance on your AC unit. 105 outside and they got it running the same day
It is extremely difficult to find a reliable, yet honest and affordable heating and AC in the central valley. Look no further that ROBINAIR. When I called Scott, the voicemail prompted that if I left a message, I will be responded to in a few minutes, which I did. He called right back and mentioned that he was in the middle of a sizable project. I was impressed how he felt responsible to squeeze me in his schedule. He showed up first thing next morning and helped me out. He is honest, knowledgeable and professional. Give him a chance to help you with your project. You won't regret it. Thank you Scott. Nick
Genuinely a nice and honest guy. Although we didn’t use his services he really gave us honest advice and took time out of his busy day to talk to us. Highly recommend him.
Scott and his team are truly amazing! You will not believe his level of service, honesty, and trustworthiness. He goes above and beyond any expectations and you know you are getting quality repairs. I have used RobinAir every year for the last 3 years from proactive maintenance to full blown emergencies (A/C out on 113 degree day!). Highly Recommend!
Yo, listen. Scott, the owner, is incredibly helpful and kind. He answered my (many and inane) questions without impatience or trying to sell me something. He was helpful without even knowing if I'd ever be a customer or not. That speaks volumes to me. I called him with some questions about our swamp cooler a few months ago, and when he was willing to help me through our cooler issues, I promised myself I'd only ever go to Robinair when we needed the help. This business is legitimate and well-run, but has a FANTASTIC customer service policy. You will noooottt be dissapointed.
I had used Robin Air a few years ago they were the only ones I could get to come out on short notice! Everyone else it was 3-4 weeks before they could come out Scott from Robin Air came out that very day and fixed my problem on my A/C and didn’t charge me an outrageous price for coming out after hours! So this year I had turned my A/C on to verify it was going to work before I needed it and found the compressor not kicking on! Called Scott at Robin Air he was there the next morning and found my A/C was out of Freon! It took found a leak in the condenser in the house gave me a price on a new condenser & labor we told him to do it the next morning they were there to replace the condenser & do the repair but upon pressure testing the system before adding the Freon they found a leak in the coils on the outside unit and after checking the price for the coils found it was cheaper to replace the whole unit! Scott felt bad that he didn’t catch it on the initial inspection so he said he wouldn’t charge me any labor and sold me the new unit at cost! Scott is a very honest person & i will be a customer of Robin Air for life! I know he did sell me everything at cost be my brother has an HVAC repair business in another state!
We’ve used Robin Air for 4 years. I was having a party with 40 guests and our AC went out (in summer) and they came out after hours and fixed the problem! They did not charge me some after hours crazy amount! They were extremely fair and reasonable! We’ve used them annually since then! They are professional, kind and honest! I highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable and they did not try to sell us things we did not need. Amazing!! Scott was very responsive and David went above and beyond. We appreciate it very much. Highly recommend and if we need anything in the future we are definitely calling Robin Air. 100% A+ You guys rock!
RobinAir came out to fix our AC the morning after it went down. They replaced a capacitor and it worked again for a while but then it dropped out again. Frustrated because it's so hot, we called them and asked if they could come back out to see what's going on. They came back out within two hours of us calling and replaced the motor as well. The price was super reasonable, the service was stellar. It's no surprise why RobinAir has a perfect 5 star review by over 20 customers. This is how businesses should operate. You provide excellent service and you offer the best deals in town. 10/10 would use RobinAir again. Our AC feels so nice! Thank you!

Excellent service! AC went out at 645pm and we were given an appt the same night between 8-11pm. Tech showed up at 11 and had everything fixed by 1215am. It was 110 plus that day so to say we were grateful for the late service is an understatement. Highly recommended!
RobinAir is reliable, honest and knowledgeable. We used them several times and have experienced excellent service! Very prompt at returning phone calls too, which is important. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!
I called Robin Air earlier today in need of a technician to service our AC unit after it stopped producing cold air. In less than an hour, David from Robin Air arrived. David was professional and courteous and explained everything along the way so that we understood what needed to be done. David was able to fix everything and now less than two hours after calling we have a functional AC unit again on a very hot evening! We were so pleased with the service that we signed up for their annual service plan.
Let me just say, I have been with my past a/c guy for 15 years, I'm loyal to a fault, but he has since retired, upon his recommendation I used Robinair and it was one of the single best service experiences ever. Scott was thorough, professional and above all fair to a fault. I believe in local, and this is why. It's truly what community is all about. My first call will always be to Robinair, and I thank them.
I called yesterday after hours with an a/c emergency for my wife's grandmother and mother. Their a/c wasn't blowing cold and she didn't want her 92 year grandmother and mother to have heat related health problems. Scott called back promptly and was at their house within an hour. He repaired the unit and they were sitting in cool air in no time. She cannot thank Robinair enough for being so courteous, professional and prompt. I definitely recommend Robinair for all your a/c needs!!!

I called Robin Air at 10:00 a.m. after trying to get an appointment with 2 other companies, both were booked out 2 weeks ahead (for a regular service/“check up”), due to it being such a prime time for service. They gave me a same day appointment window of 3:30-5:00. The technician, Jordan, showed up early and got to work quickly. He was fantastic, answered all of our questions and I am pleased to say we will continue taking our business to Robin Air! (It helped, of course, that our system was in perfect condition. But regardless, the same day service was so appreciated as we are expecting a baby at any time and wanted to make sure we could depend on our A/C to get us through these hot months!)
