Great customer service
Steven assisted us with our a/c issues. He contacted us within 24 hrs and came the following day to diagnose our a/c. He provided a detailed report on the problem and gave us several options to remedy the problem. He even came by on the weekend to finish done additional work to solve another issue from the a/c. Hands down the best service we have received in a very long time. I will recommend Stevennfrim Robertson Mechanucak to my family and friends.
Steve was called out super last minute to come to my shop to take a look. He was very accommodating to our needs and was incredibly efficient and well mannered despite being in unbearable heat. He got our AC going in no time and the best part was his pricing. 10/10 recommend
A service call thru our home warranty company for a/c not cooling (80° inside our 2 story house by the time I got home at 6pm!). Next day service w Steven. He was quick, efficient & fixed the problem within 40 min +/-. OMG, was I a happy person! Yes, I would recommend this company & ask for Steven. Great job
This company was very polite and professional. Since we purchased our replacement HVAC system a few years ago, I've never felt the need to go to anyone else for service. Every service call has been characterized by a prompt appointment, impressively efficient, professional, and friendly technicians. My most recent experience was with Stephen Robertson who was all of the above and more.
Stevie came into our house and gave a very thorough review of our current system as well as opportunities for improvement. He spoke to me in a respectful and professional manner, making sure not to over promise services and made me feel comfortable with the information that was being provided. No pressure to close the deal today but also very informative and knowledgeable with what he had to offer. Would definitely listen to what he has to say without trying to rush him away. A great experience over all!!!
I contacted the company and spoke to Stevie about the situation with my AC unit not working properly. He scheduled an appt with me, showed up on time, gave me a detailed discription of what was wrong and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Service was fast and it’s working perfectly. I highly recommended this company!
