Aaron, shows up at the scheduled time for service. He is very conscientious about his work and seems to know his trade extremely well. I highly recommend him for service as well as installation. We recently had him out in a new hvac system. We are ver pleased.
Arron the technician that serviced our a/c unit was super nice respectful he diagnosed the issue gave us a quote and was able to help our family big-time. While the unit was down and I was working on the task of seeing what my home warranty would cover Aaron allowed us to use a window unit to keep the kids cooled off and so we could sleep a little easier, while the warranty company took a few days to figure out their end, last and most importantly it was super affordable.. allowing payments We all love to hear when a HVAC company works with the customer. Over all I give the company a 10 out of 10 Give them a shot You Will NOT be disappointed
Contacted. Set appointment for 2 hours out. Showed 30 minutes early. Trouble shot the AC. Determined faulty thermostat. Had choice of replacements on truck. Installed. All done in less than an hour. Professional, fast,friendly and reasonably priced. I appreciate it!!
Aaron was very responsive, super friendly, and professional. I won't be using anyone else to work on my HVAC system. I recommend everyone to call up Robertson Heating and Air. Great work, and more importantly, he didn't hesitate to come over and get us back up and going.

Aaron was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He allowed me to watch as he worked and was very thorough and patient in his explanations when I was asking all sorts of questions trying to understand what went wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He went above and beyond in making multiple trips out to try and trouble shoot different solutions to our problem until it was resolved. We really appreciated all of the work and effort he put into getting our heat back up and running!
We had an HVAC emergency. My friend, who is a custom home builder, recommended Robertson Heating & Air. Aaron fit us into his schedule the next day! I found him very courteous and professional. Aaron is very knowledgeable in his field. He is also very honest. He could have performed an expensive repair. However, Aaron quickly found the problem and completed a minor repair. He then performed an overdue maintenance on our 2 systems. I highly recommend Robertson Heating & Air! I've scheduled Aaron to perform all of our future HVAC maintenance.
Water heater removal and instillation was a seamless and enjoyable process. Aaron was more than just a hard working professional. He allowed me to connect with him on a personal level and a business level. Best of both worlds. Would highly recommend this man for all your heating and ventilation needs.

Robertson Services did an excellent job on both our primary residence and rental property. Aaron was very thorough and knowledgeable on several products. We have a total of three units. Two had to be totally replaced. He is efficient, uses high quality products and explains what he is doing and why. I love the maintenance service plan. It takes away the worry of wondering if/when your systems will fail. Aaron is very personable and respectful of your home and surroundings. Great job all around!
