A/C was not keeping the temperature in the house last night. Called this morning after barely any sleep because of the heat, he found time to get me in that day, (did inform me if he could got get me in today he would first thing tomorrow) lucky I had the day free. He explained everything to me and answered all my many questions. Informed me of what could cause future issues so I had a heads up, but did not push for extra maintenance outside of the initial problem. The fan motor and capacitor he replaced came with warranty. The parts, labor and servicing were priced to standard. Very nice and friendly would recommend him and also use him again for future servicing, problems, or upgrades.
Tells me he going to come next morning (Friday) at 8 or 1130am Take day off work then call him at noon to get ETA and tells me he may not be able to come out till Monday unless I want to pay emergency rates for weekend day. Now I'm stuck having to find someone else so my kids don't have a hot house all weekend. *Appears he got stuck on a job and did call and apologize. Upgraded from one star to 3. Called again and apologized for the situation asked to upgrade or remove review. Reluctantly update to 4 stars.

We have two heat pumps and have no worries about who is to service them. Any problem we have is immediately addressed. We've counted on them for years, and they never let us down, whether it is service or upgrades. Affordable and dependable, you can't go wrong.
Very cost effective, knowledgeable, and timely to repair our furnace downstairs and the a/c upstairs...without having to replace units like 2 other HVAC companies suggested??? So glad we found Donnie Robertson, he saved us thousands and has continued to perform preventitive maintenance as to keep or home HVAC systems in excellent working condition!!!
