Excellent service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Roberts Heating and Cooling had my heat going in no time at all. I had some issues with a new furnace and spent several days contacting other companies trying to get someone to come out and get my heat running. Luckily I stumbled upon Roberts Heating and Cooling ad. I sent a text around 5 or 6 pm and they immedietly responded to my inquiry and was able to fit me in the following morning. They arrived on time and even sent a courtesy text 30 minutes prior to arriving. In less than an hour my heat was up and running. Prices were reasonable and affordable and I will highly recommend Roberts Heating and Cooling to all my friends and neighbors. If I ever have any future issues with my HVAC system, Roberts Heating and Cooling will be the only company I call. Do not make my mistake by calling the larger companies and going without heat/ac for days while waiting for them to return or respond to your calls. I wasted 4 days expecting the larger corporate HVAC brands to even respond to my inquiry. Don't make my mistake. Save your time and money and contact Roberts Heating and Cooling first.

Tim does great high quality work for an affordable price. His customer service is next to none, and has fit me in even on full days by starting early or staying late. I greatly appreciate his dedication to providing a great customer experience.
Randomly met them when they were working on a house across the street. The tech came over, looked at the job scope and told me I’d have a price in a day or two. As planed I was contacted and the price was reasonable. Schedule was decide and then confirmed the day before. Both workers were pleasant, capable and thoughtful. I will recommend the company to friends and family.
Tim came out last week and was very through in finding the issue and explaining the problem my furnace was having. I appreciate his honesty and the recommendations he made. The new furnace was installed today and is working wonderfully! If you’re needing any HVAC work done don’t hesitate to give them a call!
Called at the end of a snowy day and he still made the visit happen after hours. I had no heat and he was able to fix it and made sure everything was working before he left. Top notch service!

Tim showed up as expected and did a great job of figuring out the problem and getting it addressed in a timely manner and at a good value. Thanks Tim!! He also did an awesome install job at a different house to Replace an old boiler with a new forced air HVAC system with ductwork.
I've only left two other reviews in my life; usually not worth the time, BUT Tim Roberts is worth the time for a review. He was on time, great communication, didn't act put out while working on my furnace and he entertained and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Most of all, he did great work (blower motor replacement) and checked in the next day to make sure all was working well. Great small business, support them. It's worth it in this instance. I'll use him again.
We hired Roberts Heating & Cooling to install a new furnace and AC unit in two homes over the last month. Each time, the experience was great. Communication was fast and accurate and a downloadable invoice was provided. The two installation technicians that did both of our jobs were awesome; showed up on time; were very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property; and they completed the installations quickly. We're incredibly happy with our experience and would highly recommend Roberts Heating & Cooling to friends and family.

Tim and his crews are the best !!!!!! They installed an new heating and AC system in a house I was updating and their work was first class and at a competitive price. They even came back a few times to make sure i was completely satisfied.
I received great service from this company. They were quick to respond to my request. My A/C stopped working right in the middle of a hot spell (naturally) They came out and checked out my system & A/C within a couple of days. I needed a new A/C. My old one had been acting up the last few summers so I wasnt surprised. They gave me my options & prices without any pressure. I thought it over & decided to go with the American made system. They fixed my air temporarily till they were able to get back to install, which I was so thankful for. The installers came back the next week and did a great job. Everyone that I had contact with from this company were very respectful and polite. My daughter who lives out in the country had repair work done by this company & she was very happy with them too. I highly recommend Roberts Heating & Air, they are honest & courteous. I plan on using them again this fall to clean & service my furnace for winter. They were a pleasure to do business with in the midst of a trying time.

Tim was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Called him and he was able to come out on same day to do a diagnostic on our furnace. Able to quickly determine unit needed to be replaced and was able to install within a few days. Very happy with quality and value. Would recommend him to family and friends.

Very professional and personable while working! He has made sure to take great care while fixing the furnace on an emergency call. He's honest and does exactly what he says without charging an arm and leg. He definitely goes the extra mile and doesn't keep you waiting! Do give him a call first!
Tim responded quickly to my call for a quote on a new heat pump system. The equipment and install price was significantly less then other bidders. 4 days from quote to install. Very professional, ontime and reasonably priced quality work. Left the area cleaner then when they started. Highly recommend.
