Robert came to my home as a 2nd estimate. He saved me literally 1000’s of dollars as McCarthy estimated $4k for repairs and also sent a salesperson out and tried to upsale me to replace the entire unit that is only 5 years old. $12k. It’s summer and getting hotter be leary of HVAC companies trying to sell you a new unit - preying on the fact that your home is hot. Thank you Robert for charging a fair price and being honest. Also working in the rain to make the timely repair.

I needed a second estimate for replacing a furnace, hot water tank, air condition unit and thermostat. After researching on line and “Nextdoor” I decided on Roberts Heating because of their reviews. I was not disappointed! My experience started with Roberts office manager, Cindi. She is friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. Jason was my estimator. He gave me an estimate on the HVAC system units needed without pressure to upgrade with high dollar bells and whistles -not needed. For the exact same make models I had already been considering, Roberts estimate was considerably less than my other estimate. When coming to my residence for an appointment, I was texted an arrival time with a name and photo of the person i would be meeting with that day. Estimator, Jason and Installment Team were prompt, friendly and professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered throughly and with respect. The HVAV job was completed in one day and beautifully done!!
The team replaced our aging boiler/heating system and installed an on-demand water system. We are extremely happy with the service provided!!! The team was absolutely wonderful, as always!
I wanted to share how we had the best experience with Roberts this past weekend. Our heating system went down on Friday night and I made a call Saturday morning to Roberts. Within 30 minutes we received a call back from Chance. He was patient, courteous and most importantly super helpful. He assisted me OVER THE PHONE and explained to me step-by-step how to fix the system. It was an awesome experience and I wholeheartedly endorse Chance and Roberts!!

Great company! Used others but this one is way above in service. Friendly, helpful staff and techs too. They saved me money when one company had said over 300 to repair. Mr Robert's came and fixed problem for $75.00. Try them out you won't be sorry.
As good as it gets - from initial contact to complete install of all equipment. Immediate and highly responsive in evaluating and identifying an urgent problem to delivery and install, all within four days which included a weekend. All personnel so technically proficient.
