I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

We used Robert’s Plumbing & Heating to replace our water main. They were right on time, both workers were very nice and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing during the entire process. Their work was flawless and they cleaned everything up nicely!! It was garbage day and they even brought our empty toters back into the garage for us! We’ll definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!!
I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.
I hired Robert’s Plumbing to do what they told me would be a simple, one-day project involving new hook-ups for a washer and dryer. I’m normally a DIY guy, but since it involved gas, I decided to let the professionals handle this one. Unfortunately, what I got was less than professional. To be fair, in the end they did the job I hired them to do, but along the way there were several issues that required me to follow up and chase them down to come back several times to get it right. The errors ranged from silly things, for example a water hose that wasn’t completely tightened down causing it to leak all over the floor, or forgetting to relight the furnace pilot light on a cold night, to downright dangerous- like when I found a wad of paper INSIDE the dryer duct vent, causing a blockage and obvious carbon monoxide hazard. After I removed the paper, I easily identified it as the paper-backing from the aluminum foil tape they had used to seal the dryer ducts. How did that get inside the duct?? A careless, and potentially dangerous mistake! When I brought all of this to the attention of Brad, the owner, his knee-jerk reaction was one of incredulity and excuses for his guys, before finally accepting responsibility and apologizing. And even though I had never once mentioned the word “discount”, he added the insult of insinuating that, by bringing all these issues to his attention, I was actually just scheming to shave a few bucks off the bill. Well Brad, since you brought it up, frankly offering me a discount would have been the least you could do, given the time and inconvenience of having to follow up with you so many times, but instead you complained that this job ended up being a loss for you on account of all the trips back- as if that was somehow my problem, or even my fault! We will absolutely use Robert’s plumbing again. They came promptly the next day to replace some valves and install our dishwasher. The job was so well done and they are absolutely experts in their field.
There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Roberts Plumbing. I was in an emergency situation with a pipe, from the moment I talked to Barbie to completion of service I felt supported. The level of service was truly one of a kind. In a time of panic, I felt like a priority and they fixed my issue within an hour of calling. This is a business I will share with everyone I know in the Madison area!

Called Robert Plumbing & Heating as we had a leak from the toilet. To my surprise they had someone at my door within 2 hours. Someone also went over how to turn off the water to the toilet until they arrived. They were polite, and invoice was as promised. No surprises, music to my ears! I highly recommend and will defiantly use them again in the future.
