Very professional.. Robert was my xmas miracle. He came and changed my hot water tank on Xmas eve.
I called last night received prompt quick service. He was professional and explained things accurately not sure on pricing hence I don’t know what competitors charge but I’m content will call back if needed.Thanks👍
Excellent experience with this gentleman. He arrived on time on the same day we made the HVAC call. Very reasonable rates. Problem fixed within an hour. Robert also explained as to why this problem happened. Definitely I would recommend him.
I set up the appointment through my home warranty service provider, and I contacted this "company" directly, and set up the time. I waited the agreed upon 4 hours for them to arrive, and they NEVER showed up. If they would've called and rescheduled or notified me that they would be late, that would be acceptable, but a NO CALL, NO SHOW, is ridiculous. And when I called my warranty provider to inform them, they called this "company" to find out why they didn't show up. The "company" cancelled the appointment with NO notification to anyone...because it was too cold outside. Giving one star was too generous, if I could've given a minus one star rating I would have.

They were quick responding, polite and professional, didn't try to tell me there was something wrong that wasn't, very straight forward. Very nice experience. I recommend them. I have a home warranty and when my heat went out I called them. They turned my claim over to Robalee Mechanical. This very polite man, Brandon showed up at my door. When he looked at my furnace he told me I had something stopped up and he would take care of that. I ask him if he could go ahead and just service it while he was here. He told me yes ma'am I can, but unfortunately your warranty doesn't cover that. I told that was fine and I would really appreciate it. He let me know everything he was going to do. As he was leaving I ask if he owned the company and he said no ma'am my dad does. I told him that if anything went wrong I would call his daddy teasing him. I did call his daddy, but I called to tell him what a wonderful son he had raised. I told him ill definitely call him to service my ac when spring comes.
Robalee was called to my home for AC repair which was through my warranty company. Based on the information given to the warranty company by Robert my claim was denied. The AC is 30+ years old and I have lived in the home for less than 2 years and was told this was because of negligent care. Can't recommend this service to anybody. To follow up on this matter, I have reviewed the sales slip left by the rep and no where does it state negligence was reason for failure. This should have been clearly stated on any document left for the homeowners to review vs relaying a completely different message to the warranty company.
I had an AC failure and Robert was recommended via our Warranty company. Even during the heat wave, Robert had a quick turn around and was impromptu when replying to phone calls. I'd recommend him for future jobs!
Came out SAME DAY on a holiday weekend and resolved the problem with my AC quickly and efficiently. Professional, friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!

I had Robert come over and fix my AC. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He showed me that some of my vents were closed and showed me how to open them. He installed a small pump and told me how to mantan it thow out the year. I know I can only give him 5 stars but I'm going above and give him 10 Stars. He is a asset to Robalee Meachnical. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK HIM
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Do not use them! They have come 3 months in a row and the problem still isn’t fixed. Came one day at noon and by 10pm the heat was off again. It is a fairly new furnace. Obviously incompetent vendor! Then he makes excuses why he can’t come back and expects people to wait. I should have been a priority based on how many times he’s come out. And each time was only in my house for 5 minutes!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Robert showed up when another contractor didn't. Robert got my furnace running after us being cold for over a week without it. So glad he came out to help me out.
Robert from Robalee Mechanical was great. My experience was great. He was very responsive and professional. Robert went above and beyond. While at our house he not only fixed the issue with our furnace but went over the whole furnace to make sure there weren't any other issues that needed to addressed. On the way out of our house he also inspected the stat and made sure it was in proper working condition.
I called this company on Friday about my furnace being out. I was told I couldn't get any service till Sunday due to other calls made before me. I received a call but wasn't sure who it was because I couldn't here the other caller. I didn't get a return call. I had to call back , only to find he was already in route. I had asked hI'm if he was the caller and he stated yes. Once here, he looked at furnace and at side was a switch. He turned on the switch and said that was problem, the switch was off. I told him that heat was working prior to that even though it was turned off. I asked since no parts were replaced or work done would I still be charged. He stated I still had to pay $100. I was very disgusted, I felt like u had been scammed. I could see if you said just pay for gas and I'll give you a discount. But to be charged $100 dollars for no work is something I didn't expect. This is no way to run a business. I will be cancelling my service with them. I would advise anone not to go with this company for service. Research your problem first. He mentioned other customers he took $100 from for non work calls. Not good for business
