Ro was so polite, friendly, and professional! He got a technician to the house the same day I called because my a/c wasn't coming on. Arthur, the technician, was also polite and professional, and found the problem quickly. Luckily it wasn't a major fix. He checked my system inside and outside, and wrapped some wires that needed it. Fuse was replaced in no time. I will definitely use their service again!

Ro was the utmost professional. Arrived EARLY for our free estimate for new AC install. Ro gave us a competitive quote and scheduled our install for 3 days later. There was no high pressure sales pitch-only honest and sincere answers. We highly recommend Ro Rogers for your HVAC needs.
He showed up on time and did professional job.Unfortunately when he showed up system was working .Its hard to fix something that,s working. He didn't want to just changing parts and hoped he got the right part. So we decided to wait till it goes out again. YES i will use him again. I ran a service truck for years and think he made the right decision. It can get expensive changing parts when you don't which one is causing the problem.
Ro Rodgers was very professional, courteous and respectful . He came out quickly , figured out the problem and even made a trip to the store to get the needed part. He is definitely our AC and heat guy from now on.
My furnace flame sensor on my furnace would try to come on but furnace kept shutting off I called Ro Rodgers and he came out very quickly. It was a cold day and the house was getting cold he made time on his very busy schedule that day to come and fix the problem so I would have heat and didn’t have to spend the night in my house in the cold. Such a kind caring and trust worthy person he is always put others before himself
