RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time. When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue. When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.
I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. Scott recently helped me fix up my folks needs because I couldnt get it done myself. They literally cried they were so pleased. Thank you Scott!!!

Fixed my 12 year old basement ac. Only place in town that would touch it. Contact with Tom's RV was great. Tom's is great place, too. Fixing your RV these two places are the place to go if you are in ABQ.
RMS was referred to us by Alvarado Roofing after we had trouble with our a/c several months after a new roof installation. Fabian and Samuel came out the same day and fixed our a/c - Alvarado Roofing took care of the bill. RMS was reasonably priced and we could have paid the bill without going completely broke. Both Fabian and Samuel were prompt, professional, speedy and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home, and I am extremly satisfied with their work and thankful they gave us recommendations for annual upkeep!!! Thank you so much!
Scott and crew just converted my cooling system to refrigerated air and I couldn't be more pleased. They were honest, reliable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. My friends and family who have done business with RMS all agree with me.

Scott with RMS was excellent! Scott was professional and very knowledgable. He was able to figure out the new and complex system in the home we purchased. Scott educated us and even gave us tips on how to use it efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Scott was on time and personable when reviewing our new home's heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand how to maximize efficiency and take good care of our A/C and radient heat. He also allowed me to follow him up on the roof so I could establish a baseline of what was normal for our air conditioning units! Good education and maintenance.
I have used RMS Services on two homes now and have been extremely satisfied both times. Scott gave us written estimates, started on time and stuck to the budget that was outlined. I would highly recommend his services.
