Top notch customer service!! A++++. Called and spoke with Raul over the phone about problem was having with A/C and was able to fit me into their busy schedule. Trouble shot the problem caused by another company and fixed the issue. RMG Air Conditioning & Heating gained all my business with their excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!
Our heat pump quit working during the winter storm,called raul and told him my problem,he told me to put in emergency mode which I didn't know we had,heater worked great on the heat strips,had him come out when storm passed and thawed,checked unit out found no issues,didnt charge me a dime for service call,he has worked on our hvac in the past weeding out the old and putting in new,always on time,very courteous,very fair price.folks if you need a good hvac company to handle your problems give Rmg a call
I would definitely recommend their services and we will never call anyone else to work on our ac system. They were so prompt to coming out after that hard winter storm we had. And they did not charge us a thing.

Raul is fantastic. Fixed a problem at the house in May and then inspected the whole system. Very reasonable costs. Then this week, came to the shop and fixed minor issue. Didn't want to charge anything but my wife insisted we pay him for his time. Truly a wonderful person.

100% HIGHLY recommend!!!! I needed a new A/C Unit at my house and I can’t tell you how efficient these guys were in answering my texts/calls and how quick they were in installing my unit!!! Raul is very nice and very quick to respond, wether it's during the week or weekend. I requested his service and he was at my house within 15 minutes. I've called him a couple of times since his first visit to my house and every time he has done very satisfying work. Raul you are a life saver and will be the only A/C tech I will call.
