Robert was my technician, I told him about my A/C problem and he came the same day that I called, I told him what other company found and that they wanted to sell me a whole new HVAC unit, Robert came and saw what the problem was and gave me a better option to replace only the bad part instead of replacing the whole unit saving me thousands of dollars, he also gave me some tips on maintaining the unit, I would recommend Robert Wells and his team, they did a really good job fixing my A/C, he is honest, trustworthy and always on time. I will definitely use Robert Wells in the future. Thank you Robert.

We had purchased a multi-zone mini split system and tried to install it ourselves. It was having problems running properly and the company we bought it from was non responsive. Robert came out and got everything running perfectly and even redid the lines themselves to make sure the lines were run cleanly. Our system now runs beautifully and our back yard is not full of all the extra mess that came with extra lengths of pre-charged refrigerant lines. I would fully recommend RL wells to anyone looking for a professional to work on HVAC in any way.
This CA summer was killing us! We looked into a mini-split for our 100-year old building, and lots of companies quoted wild prices just for a 1-2 zone mini-split. Then, when RL Wells came for a consult, it was night and day. Robert and Ben are total professionals who made it all easy to understand. They showed us that there was a way for us install a full central A/C system using our attic for a better value –– and we're SO grateful. We went with the central plan and oh man, it's an incredibly quiet and seamless experience! Especially with the Nest Learning Thermostat they installed. Fantastic work was done on the ducting and vents, too. Truly an excellent and easy experience with RL Wells! They're now our go-to HVAC experts. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Robert and RL Wells Air Conditioning and Heating. Robert was always quick to respond and worked within my budget. I had to replace my AC unit and Robert came in at more than half under what other companies were quoting me. He won't nickel and dime you. He will do only what is necessary to get your system working, or whatever you desire beyond that. He had the job done in a few hours once I finally pulled the trigger. I was extremely pleased with the work performed by this company at my mid-century home in Sycamore Canyon, Riverside. The job involved a complex HVAC system and took quite a bit of work to design and install. Robert and his team did an excellent job and the heating in my home is energy efficient, effective, and saves money.
