Well when the guys came out to a very nice and very professional it's waiting on price to get a new AC if I can only get bad email I would be happy cuz I need to get a new one but otherwise I was very happy with customer service and everything thank you very much for which I'll try to help me do

I have always had great experiences with River City Total Maintenance. My technician, Josh, is an asset to the company. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional and an excellent diagnostic technician. I would definitely recommend River City to anyone looking for a great HVAC contractor.
We called River City's Total Maintenance to service our air conditioner. Their customers service was great. It was easy to contact them even on Sunday. They sent Mike out the next day. He and his colleague were helpful and professional. I really liked that they sent a picture of their service provider before he got there. This is the most professional and easy to use company I have come across since be coming a property owner. They will be my first call from now on for any hvac, plumbing, or electrical maintenance on my properties.
River City was able to get someone out to me within 2 hours of me calling. Robert was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and had the part already in his truck to fox it. Was all done in less than 30 minutes and under $500 for him to come out and for the part.
I'd call total maintenance again and request Robert. Very informative, knew what to check and how to fix the issue.
The technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. I will definitely use the company again with the intent of preferably receiving the same technician. Robert was the best
If you show up at my house at 10:30pm on a Saturday of July 4th weekend and fix my A/C within 20 minutes you get 5 stars. Just fantastic service. Robert was amazing!

I got an email and call almost immediately when I sent in a service request on the website. LaBrian was incredibly polite and understanding of our issue. Our technician Phil was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all he was able to repair our ac unit quickly and efficiently. The maintenance plans are incredible. I’ll be recommending this company to everyone I know! AC went out on the hottest day of the year - of course! Called River City, they responded, kept me informed about arrival time and fixed it within a few hours and all good. Tech Robert knew what he was doing. Highly recommend.
The customer service we get from every staff member is consistently excellent. Our A/C stop working and within 24 hours Mike was here to fix it. He was professional and friendly all while explaining his work progress to saving us from this extreme heat. We have and will continue to recommend River City Total Maintenance for A/C and Heating needs. Thanks for the great work.
