I don't think they are in business anymore. Worthless warrantee I have now on their install of two furnaces and air conditioners.
BUSINESS IS OUT OF BUSINESS? Company isn't answering phones? We spent $50K to install Mitsubishi Heating and Cooling units in both homes on the property just 6 months ago. They assured us that we had a 5 year warranty with Riteway along with the Mitsubishi warranty. Unfortunately we have one unit that was not set up properly we just hired Gervais to come out and offer us some solutions but this is after having multiple visits from Riteway and then a no show appt. every time they did not have the answers. It turns out the installation was the issue the unit itself works but it is trying to cool a room on the opposite side of the house over 75 ft away and there is a maximum duct length on these which we found out through mitsubishi and later confirmed with Gervais. I'm very frustrated that we have to spend another $7K to have this corrected which Riteway should have done for us or done correctly the first time.
Hi , Couple of months ago they fixed A/c unit and it is not working since day one and they did not come to fix the issue and my family has been suffering a lot with no A/c at home, we requested them many times to come and fix the issue , we have informed them that we have special needed kid and he is is cranky and frustrated due to hot weather and throwing all items at our home which is dangerous, but they did not respect my request , now they are not answering our phone calls , all our units (A/c, Hotwater Tank & Furnace) done by Riteway’s , we are not sure what we do now…
With recent temperature drops my heat broke and we called late at night and they were there the next morning! Good and fair price for the amazing service. Super nice and professional team of people. Tom was great to work with will defiantly come back for more business!
RiteWay did a great job installing ducted and ductless heatpumps at my house. This was a fairly large job - two 3 ton ducted heatpumps and 1 mini split. Their price was reasonable and they offered me the best advice on which units to purchase. The job was complicated because of how my old heating (which is now the backup heating system) was setup, and the job took 4 days vs. the expected 2 days for installation. Riteway technicians figured out the complications and delivered a fully working product. I recommend them to others.
I contacted the company because my water heater was broken. The company offered a reasonable price and right time for installing a new one. I am satisfied with their jobs and highly recommend their service.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Every step of the way they not only explained everything to me, they also made sure to explain all the different options and systems that were available to me. I had gotten quotes from a few different companies and not only was RiteWay the best priced, but they used top of the line equipment. All the other companies gave me quotes either right around the same price, some were actually even higher, but the systems they wanted to use were the worst ones available. RiteWay made sure to install the best of the best so I wouldn't be calling them again in a few years to install another system. After talking to them about all the differences, I really felt as though all the other companies out there are really trying to take advantage of home owners who don't know any better by selling them junk systems knowing that there was better systems available. I am so pleased with the quality of work and the friendliness and knowledge every person I interacted with had. If you're looking for good work, at the best price - done well - RiteWay is the company for you.
Buyer beware. Terrible owner. Abusive staff. False advertisement, switch-and-bait based con-artist par excellence. Hostile and arrogant to deal with.
Purchased a new HVAC system Sept 2019. Unit failed to heat by Feb. Replaced with new unit due to factory defect in July 2020. Failed last night during early snow storm. Email for Riteway shows invalid. No phone numbers pick up or have answering service. Extremely concerned about leaving my 93 year old mom without heat and no service. What can we do??

Couldn’t be happier , I really wanted air conditioning in my home so when Tom came to give me an estimate (for free), they installed mini splits, they will pay for themselves because I don’t need to use my electric heat anymore, I recommend this company, hard working guys
I highly recommend RiteWay!! Electric power being restored after an extended outage lead to my houses air conditioning not coming back on. Turns out the thermostat, furnace, AC unit and wiring all took a hit from a surge when the power came back on. Within two days the furnace, AC, thermostat and wiring were all replaced. They worked late into the night and in the wee hours of the morning. And an electrician was scheduled to install a whole house surge protector. The price was very reasonable. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Don't look any further!
I called Rite-way when the company who I had been using for my AC system replaced the same pump twice and it failed a third time all within one year. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time and Rite-way came on time. They also seemed very knowledgeable - able to explain why the type of pump that was being installed was burning out and inferior to the type they used. So far so good. And when I had a problem with the bill they worked with me to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company.
Great service. Mom needed an emergency replacement of her central AC. They came same day to work up an estimate, gave us time to review it, then installed the system the next day, which has been working perfectly for a month. Professional, responsive, transparent, and fair. Thumbs up.

They wore masks in the house without me having to ask which was great. They did good work I couldn’t be happier.
These guys came in and replaced my whole heating and ac system. I have never dealt with a more pleasant company. Right down to the girl who answers the phone, to the owner, to the marvelous guys who came and did the actual work. If you want a job done right the first rime that isn’t going to quit on you - at the right price!! These guys are it! I cannot day enough good things about them!!!
I contacted Riteway after firing a previous contractor for poor business practices. Tommy came in and gave me a fair quote for the plumbing and heating I wanted. Once I signed the contract, Chuck and his team came in and knocked out the job with the efficiency and professionalism rarely experienced with many contractors. They worked very well with my general and electrical contractor with flexibility needed to coordinate all three jobs on a large building project to get completed. Furthermore, if there was something I needed rectified after the completion of the project, they quick to fix it. This review is late however I recommend these guys.

I requested a quote for my central a/c unit which stopped working suddenly.I was given a quote for over $6,000.00 as they stated I needed a new unit.I had a family member who is licensed to check my A/c and come to find out it was a loose wire and the breaker.I saved over $6,000.00.I would not recommend this company.I would give them 0 stars.
