Very little attention and very very rude
This company website mention, they fix commercial heat. But when I called them, I was told they don’t fix commercial heating system.
I got a nice text about the schedule and technician details. They showed up on time. They covered my floors with tarps and covers, put booties on, and began detaching and replacing my 21-year-old system. They didn't take any break, finishing the whole job quickly. Two colleagues were in the basement, one in the loft and one on the ground floor achieving this challenging task, and ahead of time. Tidy up was deliberate and very considerate of them. I’m very glad about the client service, highly recommend Rite Rate Heating & Cooling.
Our very old gas furnace died on us. A couple of contractors gave us at least a week before they could get us an appointment. Fortunately, we found Rite Rate, and these guys got us the next day's appointment. So the technician arrived on time the very next day and after thoroughly examining the system, gave us our options. There were many options to choose from. He also offered to temporarily fix the old furnace, but also warned us that most of the old replacement parts were not available. So it will eventually fail again. After careful consideration, we decided to invest in a new furnace. We really appreciate how he went above and beyond and spent over an hour explaining everything to help us make the right decision. Within 3 days, our furnace was installed. These guys exceeded our expectations. We recommend calling them for any heating emergency.
I already knew that the water heater needed thermocouple replacement. I sent them the pictures, described the problem, and they agreed with my prediction. Got the quote on my phone and their guy arrived on time the next day. These guys have been in this business for decades, and I appreciate how they have maintained this highest level of service and professionalism.
These guys replaced our central ac. Everything was good from start to finish. Communication was easy; purchasing, planning, and finally installation. They left no stone unturned in satisfying our requirements. The quote was reasonable. Kept us in the loop, and didn't try to invent any unknown costs. They know their trade inside out, yet, they are very humble and honest. These kinds of companies are hard to find these days.
I had them over for HVAC repair. Excellent job! These guys are absolute masters of their trade. They are very meticulous yet fast. Right from diagnosis, until the unit was repaired, they kept us informed about what was happening. Great service of the highest quality.
I have used them in the past and I called them again recently. Once again exceptional customer service. I got an on-site estimate but was recommended a simpler cheaper DIY fix. Very honest guy and my technician went out of his way to help trouble shoot a sink faucet. This is my go to company for all plumbing, HVAC needs. Thanks again for your awesome customer service.
They did a great job fixing the dripping of my shower handle. Great technician! Definitely recommend. Will contact again next time if necessary. I had a great experience. Price is also reasonable and cheaper compared with other services. But service quality is great.
I have been using this company for the last few years. I am The Superintendent of a 4 unit building and every single experience I have ever had with this company has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They are professional, polite, courteous & economically priced. More importantly, their work is insured for a year (not that I've ever had to have them come back for any reason). and they actually take pride in their work & their craft! That is something you don't see often nowadays! I would & have recommended them to Family & friends. They remember their customers by name and treat you like more than just a client. I feel lucky to have found such a phenomenal company!
Excellent work. They have done work at my house twice now. Once to fix a bad trap and to line my sewer. Then this past week to fix all the pipes under my basement. Both expensive jobs. The crew was professional, did great work and kept me updated on progress. The price was fair (you get what you pay for, I don't want a my finished basement pulled up by amateurs), and the work was excellent.

Fantastic experience. Tech was sharp and experienced. I had a new thermostat installed and my furnace serviced. He was great explaining the differences between the different thermostats and made sure the furnace was in top performance. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service, on time, affordable. They came to service our furnace, do maintenance and change filter, filter were clogged, can't believe it didn't burn the blower motor and Capacitor. Will definitively call for service again and again.
I had an issue with a toilet seal and they did a great job for me. In and out quickly at a fair price. This is my first time using them, found them on google. The guys were friendly, told me the issue and explained pricing in advance. They also texted me when they were on the way which helps me a lot since I can work and just run home when they are ready. Appreciate the work guys, you get my recommendation!
These guys are simply terrific! We have use their service twice now. My management shot off the water for the whole apt last night because there was a issue with our shower. We can't use toilet and shower since last night. I called them last night and 2 guys showed up this morning! Can you believe that!!! They fixed it with a very reasonable price as well. I can't ask for more and will recommend his business with anyone who needs it.

Sunday morning my heater stopped working. I was very hesitant to call my HVAC company because I knew their rates would be high. I did a little bit of digging and I stumbled on this place. To make this as short as possible, they came within 30 minutes of my initial phone call and had the unit fixed in 20 minutes. Amazing service from beginning to end. The rate was very reasonable for a Sunday service call. I will continue to do business with them. Fantastic!!!!
Woke this morning to find that our hot water heater had cracked and was leaking water onto the basement floor. I called and left a voicemail message at 8:30 am. They returned my call by 8:50 and was at my house 30 minutes later. The serviceman evaluated the job left and came back an hour later with everything he needed and an extra set of hands. By 12 am the job was done. They laid down padding to not damage my hardwood floors as they moved the old heater out and the new one in plus they cleaned up when they were done. I am very pleased.
A house we recently purchased need a new gas furnace and water heater. However, the furnace chimney was unlined and it needed a rebuild above the roof. We decided it was more economical to eliminate the chimney, direct vent the furnace and go to electric for the water heater. They completed the work for us. They efficiently changed out the furnace and hot water heater. They brought in an electrician to extend the 220 line to the hot water heater. Overall, they completed the job quickly and with high quality. Plumbing service strapped the new water heater in and capped the old chimney vents. We were quite pleased with the work.
