Service was great! I even got a call before they arrived. Rami is very professional along with his coworker and he explained what was going on with my Airconditioner! He got it fixed very quickly. I will work with them again! Thank you!!!
Their technician came out the same day to check our heater that broke down. He had it fixed, tested it to ensure it was running safely. Great service!
Outstanding work! I got immediate help from these guys regarding a leak in our HVAC system. It was a really cold day. They made sure that my issue was handled by one of his best technicians. He was great. His communication skills were great. I felt like I was repairing the unit with him. Pricing was good. I recommend this company.
This company is fantastic! They have been wonderful to deal with- great work, great communication, dependable, and reliable. They relocated my HVAC unit from the back of my house to the side of my house and stayed till after 8pm on a Saturday night making sure the installation was complete. They also came by twice when the weather was warmer to make sure the AC was working correctly after the relocation. They also serviced my tankless water heater and they were in constant communication regarding the service and parts that were required. They have been very easy to deal with for scheduling appointments around my work schedule. I would highly recommend them.
We had an issue with our upstairs AC and their Techs came over the same day I called and diagnosed what they believed to be the issue. Initially, they believed replacing some parts would fix the issue but, unfortunately for us, the issue was more severe and we had to replace our whole unit. They were fair and didn't charge us for previous work done. They gave us a fair price for the unit & installation.
A waterline up against the outside of the house froze and broke -- water to house had to be shut off on one of the coldest nights of the year. Fear was that other lines would freeze. This folks came out late -- 8ish, tired after chasing dozens of broken lines, and stayed until the job was done and water coming back into the total system. They came by the next day to recheck the replumbling. Cost of this was just a normal job, and not what some might charge when the customer is desperate. Great people to work with.
Our water heater went out on a Thursday morning and due to work and other issues, I couldn't get anything done until Friday. Sent out a bunch of messages to different plumbers asking if they could install a water heater on Friday. After I sent out multiple messages, they were the only ones that responded and they told me they were able to schedule me for Friday. They quoted a solid price which included a new water heater and getting rid of the old unit. They said they could be there by 2:30 and they arrived promptly. The guys were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. They walked me through how the unit turned on and also they explained the warranty. Overall, I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them.
The inducer motor died in our forced air heater. They diagnosed the problem on Teusday, ordered the part, and came by at the end of the day Wednesday to replace it. Everything works now. Great customer service, and fast resolution, thank you!
I called them in the morning after a short in my air conditioning unit caused a minor explosion and blew my breaker switch. I spoke with them, and they fit me in early in the afternoon. About 2:00 pm their serviceman came over and after a quick look, told me that it was a heating unit only used in cold climates. He removed it and my air conditioner worked great again!The serviceman is a honest person and knows his business. I'm now a customer for life.
I decided to write my first review because guys from this company did an excellent job! A week ago, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working, I know nothing about these air systems, therefore,I called this company since they were first in the search list. I have no regret using them! Plumbers came within an hour. The Plumber had explained everything about the air conditioner and fixed it accordingly.Everything works perfectly now. It was excellent and quick service! I recommend these guys!
I have used this company twice in the past two months. Once for a leaking toilet and once for a jammed garbage disposal. Both times, They could have charged me more for the job than was necessary but they did not. BOTTOM LINE: They are honest Plumbers.
We have used them a few times over the years from rerouting a sewer pipe, fixing a leaky shower to installing a shut off valve in our basement. The servicemen always did a wonderful work! They were thorough, clean and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use them again.
I contacted them to get some plumbing repairs done to my rental property after a pipe failed and I had water flooding everywhere. They were super responsive, came and had a look at the problem, gave me a quotation and then made the repairs same day. Very reasonable rates (especially since it was in a horrible position to work on) and great workmanship. Highly recommended to anyone needing plumbing or heating help!
This is one of the best companies I have ever contracted with. They recently installed a new water heater in my home quickly and with care. They follow-up with you to ensure all is going well. The thermocouple on my water heater needed replacing. The unit was only 3 years old, so the parts were covered by the factory warrantee, but not the service and installation. The Tech was very knowledgeable and was even able to point out some mistakes the builder made when installing the unit during the original construction. Excellent Job done!
The AC in our recently purchased home went out and one of the companies we called was Rite rate. I'm glad I did! Before starting this process I knew almost nothing about HVAC. Thanks to the Tech's patient explanations and answers to my question.I believe we not only saved a bunch of money in needless replacement of our AC unit (fan in the furnace was actual cause of the outage) but the work was done promptly and professionally. I would recommend Rite Rate to anyone without hesitation. They do excellent work. My wife and I are Rite rate customers for life!
My a/c unit stopped blowing cold air on Monday. Made the call Tuesday. And was up and running on Wednesday! The tech was great... very knowledgeable and happily answered my questions. The capacitor had blown out, and refrigerant was a little low. He had all the parts on-hand. Easy, no hassle experience!
I used Rite Rate about four times over the past month at several different properties. The techs showed up when promised, fixed the problems competently, and charged a reasonable price. I'll keep using them.
