Tyler has been very disappointing. I hired him a year ago to install a new furnace which took a very long time because guys would work on a few hours a day on it. A year later there were things not done right so I hired him to install a mini split in my 2nd floor converted room so I could also get the furnace issues fix and Honestly I liked Tyler and wanted to give his small business a 2nd shot. He promised he would do the work personally and it would go great. He wanted it in an area that would have blocked the walking path and wasn't well positioned for the upstairs so I told him to put it in a better location. Same as the job before, just an hour here and there spread across two weeks and it was finally done, but I had a larger bill than agreed on. I would have paid it just like he did to me on the first job that came back $2k higher than agreed on, but the minsplit was not working. After dozens of calls unanswered, tons of texts not answered, I got a mechanical contractor to look at it and gave me a list of things that were all done wrong. I finally got Tyler to respond to a text that he would fix it himself or Pay for someone else to do it. He will not refund me the money I paid another company and Tyler claims I owe him money for a unit that does not work. I've been extremely patient and have waited over 3 months to get it fixed. It's beyond frustraing that he wont' stick to his word and complete a job or reimburse me. Maybe I'll hear back one day?

1.On 6-29-19 I called Rise Air to come to my home and perform a service call on my AC unit, they scheduled me for a service call on 6-30-19 and the owner of Rise Heating & Air (Tyler) arrived at my home to perform the service call, after checking the system, he stated that I have a leak in my system and gave me 2 options, either repair the leak or replace the AC unit entirely. Due to the unit being several years old, I elected to have the unit replaced. Some technicians arrived at my home and replaced the unit and assured that I shouldn't have any issues, and thanked me for my service, 2. On 7-13-19 the system started to freeze up again, so I called and texted them about the issue and they came back out and had some excuse about something they forgot to check, and left once again assuring me that I should be ok, 3. On 8-5-19, I called and texted Tyler again about the issue and once again more excuses. I then advised Tyler via text on 8-19-19 that if his tech comes to my home again and the issue is not resolved, that I would have someone else come out and fix their problem at their expense, to which he agreed, 4. On 8-19-19 Anthony (service tech) came to my home and I advised him about the text with his boss (Tyler) and he said ok, he was there for several hours and finally said everything should be good. I encouraged him make sure , because this is the last time and if it isn't fixed that I will be hiring someone else at their expense and he said " I doubled checked everything and you should be good " 5. On 9-15-19 the system went down again .. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED I texted Tyler to advise him of my next actions, and he replied by saying mail on bills to 334 S Hazel court, Denver, CO 80219, which I did on 10-2-19, and still have not received anything from them. I called in a 3rd party , who came by to fix the unit and advised that there were several things the previous tech missed and repaired the unit, I had to pay him an additional 1700.00 to fix the issue.

Installed the wrong furnace (had contracted for 2-stage and they stuck in a single), shoddy workmanship, left all the garbage in my driveway, they don't return phone calls. Promised to fix and never did. I have to sue them. Avoid them.

Furnace stopped working and they came out to fix. Scraped some corrosion off of some part and got it working. Said he'd be back the next day to replace part. Paid him, and never showed up to finish the job. Tried calling multiple times and even promised he'd give it a free tune up along with finishing the original job. Never finished the job. Seemed like a nice guy, but very dissatisfied with end product.

Very professional came out when they were supposed to come out I had to have them come out re-inspect something Tyler did come out said if I had any issues he would be right out and therefore I've used them on another job he's not quite complete but so far very happy with the company's service

This guy is terrible. He potentially ruined the plumbing on our new house and then stopped responding to phone calls and never showed up again to fix it. Also plastered stickers all over everything for some strange reason. Do NOT hire.
