You know those contractors that may be really good at their trade but have zero personality or customer service? Well, Chris is NOTHING like that. He is super nice, personable, friendly and really focused on giving incredible service at a reasonable price. He performed routine maintenance on our AC back in Oct 2020. Yesterday, my unit stopped cooling and I was thinking I’d be stuck without AC for days. He was able to squeeze me in the very next morning. We had another company come out to service or a/c, and they said the furnace was shot and needed to be replaced. We have Chris a call and 30 minutes later he was running a full diagnostics. Turns out the only issue was the refrigerant was low. He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and showed me how to do some first echelon maintenance on my own.
When our 5 year old ac stopped cooling, we looked around for someone who was honest, reasonable and someone local to support small businesses. We found Chris and 2 others and he replied within the hour and offered a same day appointment. Chris arrived at our home completely professional.. he was wearing a mask and booties and showed up when he said he would. After meeting with Chris and him going over his troubleshooting techniques, it was easy to see he was an expert craftsman and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the problem and provided us not only a cost effective solution but also provided us information on if we wished to upgrade with the pros, cons, and benefits. After comparing his quote with other vendor quotes, his quote was more than reasonable which worked with our budget. He was meticulous with the installation and relocation of the new unit and took pride in his work. He took his time, explained what he was doing in detail, and certified his work above what most people's standards would be. From start to finish Chris was always a professional, an expert, courteous, honest, and most of all extremley helpful. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and we would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Chris is amazing. He’s honest and patient with questions, friendly, and he clearly made every effort logically possible to try and save us money while still resolving our issue. It’s difficult to find honest people/contractors, especially when you have an emergency (which can make you feel like an easy target to be taken advantage of). I’m always skeptical at first, but the direct and honest manner in which Chris addressed our questions (and confirmed what little we knew already, rather than contradicting it), put me at ease and made me feel “safe”. I hope we don’t need him again too soon for any emergencies (haha), but he is definitely our #1 contact for regular maintenance and any future issues!
Chris does a wonderful job and has great rates. He’s worked on two commercial spaces on a coffee shop AC and HVAC ducting for a TI buildout and he’s been great to work with! The contractor was also very pleased and he is definitely now our go-to guy.
