Last year I got quotes from several companies for a new HVAC system for my home and we were really impressed with Rightemp's personable service and very amazing price. We are so glad we chose Rightemp and they did a great job and worked really hard for our family just before Thanksgiving. And the AC Pro heat pump system they recommended has been absolutely fantastic. We're so glad Patrick took the time to personally educate us about our choices. Wow! I have never been so impressed with the heating and air-conditioning company! I work for an animal rescue and we were having problems with our AC, I called Rightemp, and they were able to come out the same day! Patrick was able to diagnose, service, And provide maintenance for both of our air conditioning units! Great customer service! Amazing work! Very affordable prices! I would highly recommend!

Patrick and his team Installed a new heat pump including its relocation to a new location that facilitated the installation of a new line set. During the initial discussions with Patrick, it was determined the the existing heat pump that had been installed two years ago as part of installing a new HAVC was oversized for the total system and was part of the cause or the problems we had experienced since that original installation by a different HAVC company. Second to the heat pump size was the size of the 50-year-old line set which turned out to be undersized and contributing to the the problems. The system originally installed never function correctly, was very noisy and inefficient. Patrick and his team did an excellent job and a very timely fashion to disconnect the old heat pump, install the new one and install the new correctly sized line set with minimum alteration to the internal structure of our home. and all at a very reasonable cost.
My air handler was making a strange noise when it was is operation. I had another company come out and they recommended an all new air handler/furnace purchase for several thousand dollars. I wanted a second opinion, and these guys came out in the same day and fixed the noise. It had something to do with the fan. A couple hundred bucks instead of thousands made me very happy for their professional work. From now on they’re the only group that will work on my system.
