We recently contracted with Right Way Mechanical for the installation of a new HVAC system and water heater. They did an excellent job coordinating and installing the system. Nathan replaced the boiler in our Granby home. He was recommended to us. The boiler works beautifully. With a bit of mechanical savvy myself I can say that the boiler he recommended is high quality. We were offered a less expensive option with pros and cons. The installation is exceptional. It is almost a work of art with neat connections, parallel geometry, and placement of components. Echoing others - owner / operator Nathan Greely is professional, courteous, conscientious, meticulous, honest, up front, on time, competitive, and even neat!!! We rate him six stars out of five and highly recommend him.

Was way overdue for a tune up on our boiler. Called Right Way and they came out right away! Nathan did a thorough cleaning and replaced a few corroded/old parts. Our boiler is back to functioning properly and without an annoying drip. Highly recommend Right Way!

Nathan Greely, owner and operator of Right Way, provided excellent yearly maintenance to our older oil furnace which really needs to be replaced sooner than later. After assessing and maintaining the furnace, he gave us two quotes for replacement furnaces. What stood out about this overall interaction was that he provided maintenance and gave us fair quotes with a clear understanding of our options without applying pressure or over-enunciating the need for our furnaces replacement (which we were not prepared to do at the time). This stands out to me as the customer service you get with an honest, owner/operator businessman. I definitely recommend his service and personally vouch for his professionalism.
I called Nate with Right Way Mechanical to schedule maintenance on my furnace. He got me on the schedule very quickly to make sure my heating system was in tip top shape for the winter season. I’ve have used a lot of different HVAC companies in the past for my personal home and my rental properties but by far Nate and Right Way Mechanical has been the best. Very honest and up front on his service and what needs to be done to make sure your systems are working properly and will stay working properly. Always very punctual and quick to respond to emergency situations. I would highly recommend Nate and Right Way for all your HVAC needs.
We have always had an oil fired boiler in our home. It's for hot water year round and heat when needed. Of course, hearing the news that the boiler needed to be replaced due to cracks and corrosion is multiplied worse during the heating season. We were provided with a detailed estimate and expectations as to the time required for replacement with a new unit were set up front. The great thing is that the boiler was not simply replaced, but all the plumbing, circulating pumps, and even electrical were redone so as to strategically place components in easy to access areas around the boiler. We even now have an electrical box with shut off where we can plug in a generator to keep the boiler running in times of power outages. Pleased?? Beyond measure. I would highly recommend Right Way for any and all of your HVAC needs.
