This company was contracted through Choice Home Warranty. My A/C had totally stopped working. First appointment was scheduled on 7/13 and it was a no show. After calls and texts to this company, he showed up the next evening without the proper parts to fix the unit. I paid him the service fee and he said he would return at 10 am the next morning to get it running. Again, a no show. He would not return my texts or phone calls. My AC was out for 6 days, it was 93 degrees in my home and I was displaced for a week. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
They are hard to reach. Contact phone number does not have a voice mail.
Didn’t show up. I ended up going elsewhere. I know life happens but instead of me having to call them to get an update on what’s going on, they should call the customer and let them know of any delay. 10-12 and I called at 10 and was told an hour and half they’d be here. Waited them called- call ignored several times. So I just kept calling at that point then finally they text me when they were tired of hearing their phone ring. Not sure if they offer good service or not. I guess gotta show up first.
We called him, he showed up about an hour and a half later, fixed our issues and charged a very decent price. We recommend and will be using him again.
Showed up three hours late. Said they would be slightly late; however, three hours is not slightly. Over the phone I was told it was free to come look at my AC. They charged $50 for showing up even though they were so late my husband had to call in sick to work. Then, informed my husband it is fine when it obviously is not if I can hear it clanking from the opposite side of my house. Highly do not recommend others using this company.
We contacted Right-Way Heat & Air, Fort Smith after we had another company not show up for the scheduled appointment time. Right-Way Heat & Air was willing to help us on short notice. The hours Right-Way Heat & Air currently have are perfect for those of us who do not get off work until after 5 pm.
