I'm extremely impressed with Kevin from Right Now Heating and Cooling. He went above and beyond in providing top-notch service, giving me a 2 hour window for his arrival time and keeping me informed on when he was coming day of. Additionally, during the routine inspection there were some issues found but he proposed solutions without pressuring any extra services; instructing solely based on need which showed an impressive level of expertise as well as ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. Kevin and his team provided exceptional service with respect to replacing my AC system. In addition to informing me of their arrival time in a timely manner, they carefully avoided any potential disruption or damage when installing the unit; always keeping my home and newly-planted grass safe during the process. To top it all off, Kevin kindly offered advice on how I could further improve efficiency around this new installation - making sure that no stone was left unturned! Jared was an excellent furnace repair technician! He identified the problem and explained everything to me in detail. His communication skills are top-notch, which made it easy for him to keep me updated throughout our visit together - even when things took longer than expected because of unforeseen circumstances outside his control (you know how these things go!). Jared has such great personality; you can tell he takes pride on providing exceptional customer service at all times :) The staff that works there is just as fantastic too--from operators right down through technicians....they really make sure every person feels important no matter their role within this business so I've never felt less inclined ever recommending them anywhere else either.

I recently had furnace repair services done and overall it was pleasant. Brandon, the sales representative I worked with, provided excellent service - he was helpful, professional and honest throughout the process. We only encountered two minor issues; installation ended up happening Monday instead of Friday due to inventory delivery complications plus we experienced a faulty electric board issue that stopped us from using the system for another couple days until they could install a new one. Despite those bumps in the road though my experience still turned out positive—the installers were great and even installed an extra thermostat on my second floor at no added cost while registering warranties too! In conclusion I’d highly recommend this company's services if you need similar help yourself as everything got taken care of quickly without any hassle or stress in sight.
The Central Air Conditioning system that Joe from Right Now Heating and Cooling installed is everything I wanted and more! The advice he gave us was appreciated, as well his professionalism during the furnace installation process. But it wasn't just him-the entire crew worked so hard to ensure we were satisfied customers--I've never seen any other group of guys put in such an exceptional amount time into their craftsmanship like these installers did for my house last week; they really care about making sure every detail gets looked after (even if you don’t see what matters). Even though our new ductwork isn't up yet because wow does this make life easier than ever before…I already feel confident knowing everything will be done right.

Right Now Heating and Cooling's team was fantastic - Brandon offered helpful advice for the new SEER requirements and even made sure I comprehended how it mostly applies to industrial installs and residential furnace repair, while other companies wanted almost eight thousand dollars extra! As promised, David and Kevin arrived promptly at 8am; by 1pm they had removed my old system entirely replaced them with a brand-new Split System cooling & furnace that worked perfectly as per my expectations. After cleaning up their work area thoroughly, we walked through everything together which ensured I was completely satisfied before they left – amazing service all around! All in all, this experience has convinced me to come back when needed in the future without any hesitation whatsoever.
