This buisness has POOR MANAGEMENT and the service guys are very rude and disrespectful.
Our 25yr old furnace finally died 😢. These guys came out with in hours to diagnose the issue we were having. Unfortunately for us we had to fork over some cash to get a new furnace. We did get several quotes and compared the scope of the work that was going to be done, but these guys were top notch. We went ahead and had an A/C unit installed as well (which was planned for spring anyways) and everything was completed in two days! Thanks for the help guys!
Our furnace died unexpectedly and Will came right away to check it out. He even works around my schedule and gave us a deal since we're a military family. He walked me through everything and very satisfied with the work. Definitely recommend.
Allen came in on short notice and although he did not have to repair anything, was very informative about the issues we were having. Big thanks to him.
Showed up 2 hrs late, barely looked at it and decided my sis needed to buy a 6k replacement and then KEPT calling and texting until 10 pm to get us to buy. He ignored my sis and basically patted her on the head... she is a double certified ENGINEER in electrical and optical. Dude she understands the basics so when he lied out his ass it was plain as day 🙄 Needless to say, there was no purchase and we will never call them again.
Booked and appointment and no one showed up. Tried calling more than 10 times and no one answered the phone.
