I don’t normally leave reviews but had to because Salvador is top notch!! Honest, reliable, responsive!! Had an issue that another HVAC tech could not fix or source the part for and they ended up charging me and leaving me with no heat. I found Salvador by chance while I was driving and saw his number on his car (from picking up space heaters mind you, it was a miracle!) I explained my situation and what prior company did. He was able to source the part and had it repaired same day. So disappointed in the other company as they called me back to try to sell me more service and gave me a higher quote for the part than Salvador had already given me. Wouldn’t trust anyone else locally in Gurnee. He is a smaller business and is maybe why he passes the savings to his clients. Thank you Salvador, you saved me in the dead of winter!! I will send you everyone and anyone that asks me about HVAC! Raza - este es el único que necesitan llamar para reparaciones de HVAC! Honesto, bueno para comunicar y explicar todo!
