Horrible service. They were sent out by my home warranty company for drain stoppage. The guy was at my house a total of maybe 25 minutes. Did NOT fix anything and wrote up the findings to my home warranty in a way they would not cover my claim. A couple reasons stated were "no clean outs and hard stoppage need to blast out pipes" Neither were true. I had to argue with my home warranty and send them pics for proof. They sent out another company the next day and that company cleared all my drain stoppage (bathroom/kitchen) in about an hour. And guess what... they easily found the clean outs and didn't "blast out" anything. Right Call Solutions are NOT the right call.
My home warranty company dispatched Right Call Solutions to deal with a water leak at my house. Right Call quickly called me to set up an appointment and the technician who showed up was punctual and friendly. Then it went downhill. There was an issue with coverage and it took several calls for them to agree to provide me with a quote for the solution. I received nothing and several calls later they told me they’d email me the quote. Still nothing. I finally called my home warranty company and miraculously the quote was provided. I suspect Right Call doesn’t want to do the work and so I will not be going with them. I get that you’d rather not do some jobs, but don’t waste people’s time. Honesty is the right call in most situations.
Plumber came on Friday, said didn't have the parts to finish work and will come back on Monday. Of course no one came on Monday, didn't even get a call. It's already Wednesday and nothing yet. Trying to reach them is impossible always goes to voicemail, never returns a call. I am not sure if they will ever come back to finish the work
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do no respond and do not provide reports to warranty company or you. It makes it impossible to get a active leak repaired. They are frauding people and taking money without providing a service.
Absolutely will recommend this company to everyone. Very professional, working with them more than10 years.
Way TOO many opinions were shared about "the mask". If one is providing a professional service in someone's home, they have the right to tell you to where a mask because it is there home, not yours. Just like they have the right to ask you to not track dirt on their carpet (cover your work shoes). These opinions were volunteered for what reason....it remains unclear? No one asked for their opinions, just the service. Just be ware if you would like for them to wear a mask. Particularly those who are immunecompromised.
If you can get ahold of them they seam to do fine work. However they ghosted me after they first showed up and were supposed to set a follow up appointment.
Realized that some pretty shady work was done by them on my AC unit through a warranty company and now I'm not getting a call back.
CHRIS ALLEN IS A CRIMINAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR RIGHT CALL SOLUTIONS. They busted a pipe in my house and caused $40k worth of damage. He is uninsured and refused to claim they were at fault. I am currently suing right call solutions seeking damages. Want my advice? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. RUN AWAY.
I got a call saying he was on his way, and also a text with his photo. Jake found my problem in about a minute. It turned out to not be what I thought this time, but a clogged drain. He asked his assistant to get a few tools and had it fixed in a few minutes. This was the same tech who installed my water heater 3 years ago and did an excellent job then also. Just FYI, I did not leave a value rating because I did not pay them directly, as I went through warranty company.
First of all this company never returns the call. I was told I will be getting 30 minutes notice prior to the technician , which I was not received. When they come, they wont say who they are or from where they are. Person name Chance and Mike came. Person Chance was with very attitude asked us to provide them the tools for them to repair. However, Mike looked like a nice guy. They haven't taken care of the claim which I claimed. No documents provided what they have done. Never ever use them or recommend.
He came in, quickly identified the problem. He kept me updated on his findings and fixed everything. I will definitely use them again as they are now my plumbing go to company!
Job well done Jake P. great communication, extremely professional I believe He was knowledgeable, knew what was going on what needed to be done, how to communicate it to me so we could move forward. He was very transparent Regarding what the issue was and what all the outcomes could possibly be. He listened As well as made sure I understood & agreed to what his next steps where for getting the job done.
Chance and his partner were very professional. They took their time and did a great job and offered great advice moving forward.
If I could give them 0 star I would. We have been out of hot water since April 05, it has been 13 days now without hot water. Somebody came to check it once on April 6th and we haven't heard from them since then. We have called, left multiple messages and have contacted our home warranty as well, NOTHING! We have 4 little children (7 and under) and a senior citizen who have been boiling water since then.... so very upset 😡 will keep calling them.
I was scheduled to have my hose bibb repaired. Julie is the most rude person I have ever talked to from a business. My home warranty gave them the wrong number so she just cxld my call that I had been waiting on for days. She was rude and VERY unprofessional. I would not advise using this company!
Jake did a great job of explaining the problem and how we can work to prevent it in the future! Also took a few moments to check another external pipe as well. Very pleasant and kind. Outstanding disposition!
With the husband on active duty I decided to utilize my home warranty to take care of this repair to spare me the headache. I never spoke with Jake P, he had a tech with him that did the repair, Jake P sat in his truck. The tech never introduced himself, granted he came in and did the repair and replaced the garbage disposal but he didn’t pay attention to the tab you have to knock out for the dishwasher, so my dishwasher got backed up with water. I took care of knocking the tab out. I was unfortunately disappointed in the lack of communication. I asked if I needed to sign anything, he quickly said nope and practically ran out the door. I called the company regarding any product warranty, they never returned my call, in fact I feel I’m lucky I even got an appointment at all. Maybe in their mind my situation was a waste of time and money but we invest in these home warranties for good reasons and it was just disappointing not to get the same great experience other people seem to have had. If I had had my choice in companies I would not pick this one again, simply because the lack of communication and poor quick installation that caused me more problems than anything just left me dissatisfied. Can I install my own garbage disposal, sure, but when you’re a single mom dealing with so much of life alone, with the spouse who fixes everything gone serving his country, having someone else take care of these little repairs is a huge God send and stress relief.
'Right Call' was the WRONG CALL! Sent out by my home warranty company, Chris (the Owner) has NO CLUE! The pipe below my kitchen sink came loose. I've lived in my house for 23 years and it's never been worked on, obviously a case of normal wear and tear as the mounting nut ring that connects the PVC to the drain was deteriorated and literally crumbled into pieces which made the pipe fall off the drain. He denied my claim saying a water chiller beneath my sink was touching the pipe and the tension forced the pipe to break. Well, because the pipe had fallen off the drain, yes it was touching then because it had to fall somewhere. I went to Home Depot, bought another Mounting Nut with new washers and some plumbers putty for a total cost of less than $17. Once I screwed the new mounting nut back to the drain the pipe was no longer touching. I'd be concerned if you try to call this company for a real plumbing problem.
Chris did a great job and explained what he was doing along the way. Also he was able to resolve, in less than an hour, a issue that another plumber could not. Good folks at this company.
