Owner, Rob installed a new AC System in our home. He worked tirelessly under the worst of conditions in our attic removing and old dinosaur of an AC unit and installed a new one during the hottest, most humid week in June. We are so pleased with the product that we purchased and the service that we received from Riggs HVAC. Rob initially spent over an hour looking over the old system and detailing the specifications and plan for installing the new system. OMG - this AC is amazing. We didn't realize just how terribly inefficient our old system was until we had the new system installed. Riggs is an all around professional. In fact I am hoping to use him again to install a new heat system and plumbing lines in an unfinished addition. We highly recommend Riggs HVAC and believe strongly in supporting our local businesses.
Installed new trim for my bath/shower combo and fixed the trip lever on both tubs. Scheduled the work super fast and did the work efficiently and explained everything as he did it- great value and I’ll definitely be using Riggs Mechanical again for any future work I need!

Riggs installed a new Water heater tank in our basement. Kind of a difficult maneuver to get down the back basement steps with a right angles and such. Got the job done fairly quick, but in a professional manner. It was installed with a nice fit, and secure. No worries with Rigg’s Mechanical. That said had them back for a couple small jobs. All done without a hitch. So glad to have found a professional, trustworthy business.
Rob is a professional all the way.he installed our heating system and has repaired 2 leaking toilet tanks l. His work is always efficient and tidy and that speaks volumes to his pride in his work.
Rob is easy to contact and responsive. He shows up when he says and takes care of issues the first time with reasonable rates. I continue to go back to him because he explains what's going on and isn't against adding some teaching in there for the homeowner that wants to know more. Best plumber I've ever used.

Riggs plumbing was great. My heating system was broken and it was cold. He got my system going for two days and installed a new on in 8 hours. Heat works awesome. Highly recommend
Riggs Plumbing did great work on our recent water heater installation. Rob was super responsive to my initial call and was available to come out and give a quote that same day. We had some questions about units and tankless vs standard tanked water heaters and he was happy to answer them and give us time to think about moving forward. We then got the work scheduled quickly, and they were communicative, arrived on time, did a great job, and didn't leave any mess behind. Their price was reasonable and close to the initial estimate. We would absolutely hire them again.
Outstanding service and responsiveness. Our boiler died right before a major snowstorm and near-zero temperatures. He came out immediately. He installed in the boiler the day of the storm for a fair price. Honest and trustworthy; I highly recommend him.
We had a gas leak inside a house that required immediate attention. While none of the competitors would even answer my call, Rob Riggs was extremely responsive. He understood that our situation was a bit of an emergency, made himself available ASAP, took on a job that was bigger than originally expected, and finished quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I would strongly recommend.

Rob installed a new boiler for us. We woke up New Years Day with no heat. He came out within the hour to try and repair the old one. It’s was 30 years old so it was a lost cause but he really tired. He then installed a new one for us. He charged a fair price and he did an amazing job. He is kind and very professional. I highly recommend him.
Rob was great! I called with a low pressure faucet and he said he could be at my place in 15-30 minutes. He was able to figure out the issue and fix it so quick. Was very professional and wore a mask.
Rob is super knowledgeable about his stuff. He always explains what he did and what's the best solutions to the issues. On top of that, he's very responsive and punctual which is the most important to me!
Rob has been our go-to plumber for the past 4 years, fixing toilets and sinks, re-plumbing a tricky outdoor shower, and replaced sump pumps. We're always thoroughly satisfied with his work. Plus he's a very pleasant guy to have around the house. Rob always does the work himself (in contrast to some of the bigger shops, where you're never sure who you're going to get...) We've owned houses for 35+ years and have never been more satisfied with a plumber.
Rob installed our brand new furnace and central AC back in 2016.... fast forward to present day and we had trouble with the AC last week on a really hot day. He replied to a text right away and came out and checked the AC unit. He checked the Freon and fan and everything was fine. Then he asked me when was the last time I changed my air filter... oops. I laughed and said never. Luckily he had an extra one in his van and gave it to me. No charge! It did the trick and worked great. I offered to pay for the visit and he refused!!! Excellent service and will refer him to anyone in the market.
Rob has helped us with a number of projects. He's done everything from fixing a new flush tank to redoing the plumbing during our kitchen renovation. He's professional, always on time and takes pride in his work. We would use his services again in a heartbeat.
I've used Rob's services twice now for some unexpected plumbing issues. Both times ended up being bigger issues than I thought, but he did a great job figuring out the problem and getting it sorted out, even though it likely took a lot longer than he was planning. I'll definitely call him again in the future if/when any issues pop up again!
