Great customer service, great installation. Paul and his team took the time to explain everything. Installed Mitsubishi ceiling cassettes a couple months ago in our second floor of our older home dropping them down from attic — they look great, really quiet and work quickly, they made sure the installation was where we wanted it outside and made sure to not take up space in our attic so we could still use attic for storage. Took care of everything as far as heat pump rebate / credit. Call Ridgeline / call Paul, they are Mitsubishi certified installers, they won’t upsell you, they’ll work with you to find a solution at a good price.
I highly recommend Paul Fontaine and his crew at Ridgline Heating and Cooling. It's been almost a year since the installation of the Mitsubishi Mini Splits. They work great. The heat is very good and the AC is just amazing. Paul and his crew were very professional, responsive, and on time. His estimate beat all the others I contacted. Plus he handles all the NY state grant money paperwork. Even tho weather was sub freezing temperatures the week the units were installed, because of Covid, Paul was the only installer that came into the house. I invited the other guys in to warm up, but they stayed outside the entire week! Dedicated!

Paul and his team are highly professional and do great work. Our ductless mini split system was installed on time and within the timeframe that was estimated. The team was clean and tidy and did great work, whole also accommodating family members working from home in a quiet and courteous manner. We love our new system and can't believe that we lived this long without one!

Paul, Steve and Dean are a fantastic team! I would highly recommend this company for ductless heating/ac installation. From the estimate stage through the final instruction on how to operate the whole house system that they had installed, Paul was awesome. He explained everything very thoroughly. My property was a challenge in some locations, but Paul strategically handled them. I obtained three estimates for my project and Paul’s was the most reasonable - as he handles the rebate paperwork for his customers. I am extremely happy with their work!
Paul, Steve, and Dean at Ridgeline just finished up a whole home ductless system for us. They were hands down the best contractors we've ever worked with. Excellent communication, excellent responsiveness, and they were just genuinely nice people. Overall, we are really happy with the work. Throughout the installation they were respectful to us and our space, they were meticulous in how they cleaned and in their preparation of the spaces in which they were working.
Paul gave us a great quote for a mini split system. He and his team arrived as scheduled for the install and everything went very smoothly - no mess inside or outside the house. My experience was fantastic. Paul is professional and responsive. He recommended the best heating source for my needs, answered all of my questions and made sure I was educated on my new heating system. We had a great experience, start-to-finish, with Paul and Ridgeline - they did a Mitsubishi mini-split system and a new water heater in our 1864 row house. They kept us up on the timeline during a very busy period, gave us a couple possibilities to work with, and came up with a solution for our house in Athens that has a few obstacles to an easy install. They worked with us on financing and the whole crew was kind and considerate of our space. Would recommend highly.
We love our Mitsubishi hyper-heat installed by Ridgeline Heating and Cooling!! Our family has NEVER been comfortable. Now it's comfortable and we're saving a bunch of money. Paul was very professional, quick, and friendly. The installation quality, including the protection for the line sets and the pad for the outdoor unit were impeccable. We're going to install another one in our upstairs bedroom as soon as we can get on Paul's schedule!

I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and have not had the kind of professional Service from any of them that I had with Paul Fontaine, owner of Ridgeline heating and cooling. From the moment I contacted Paul everything was seamless. Paul quoted the lowest price of the 6 quotes I got by using rebates on two Mitsubishi split duck air and heat pump units. Paul was on time, neat, Courteous and very personable. Paul and Dean were meticulous in their install of the new units. They had to remove an older mini split that I was going to sell and they were also meticulous on removal so that it was in perfect working order for the buyer, boxing it up for me and even wrapping the remote in bubble wrap. I couldn’t be any more pleased with Paul and the Mitsubishi product. The perfect combination!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Ridgeline. Paul was the most responsive person we received an estimate from (and we got 7) trying to find the right fit, the right units, and a company who did indeed utilize the credits National Grid offered at the time. Paul was the fastest to reply to emails, the shortest wait for an estimate and the soonest install time-frame. The days he and his crew were at our home, they were extremely polite, informative and neat. We truly have nothing but wonderful things to say and would recommend Paul/Ridgeline to anyone in a heartbeat.
