Shawn has maintained our AC system for a few years now and definitely knows what he's talking about. Would recommend if you want someone honest and straight forward.

He was time efficient let us know what was going on every step of the way. was so kind and even cleaned out extra things for us. We highly recommend him!

I called 5 HVAC companies and explained that my roof top unit is going out everyone came said that I needed everything replaced but no one bothered to fix the unit. Hello it's hot out side!!!!! Shawn from Riddle Heating & Air came out and fix my unit got to blow cold air again but it's not going to last....Shawn explained, that it time to replace my old system. By him fixing the unit first tells me that he cares for my well being, for that everyone should give Riddle Heating & Air your business. Thank You Shawn you got my replacement business.
I felt terrible that I missed Shawn the first time he came out to fix the HVAC unit in my apartment. But he was very understanding about it and came back out the next day and even was rushing over to parts before they close so that I wouldn't have to go another day without air conditioning in this awful heat. He fixed it quickly and it works great now. Thank you Shawn again for working so hard and getting it fixed so I wouldn't have to suffer another day in 100 degree heat.
Riddle Heating and Air and Shawn are fantastic and I'm so glad I found him. I have had him out 3 times, and he is now my go to for HVAC repair service. First of all, he is the only person I have had so far do a PROPER AC service. He took the time to check the blower for dirt build-up. He also did a thorough condenser coil cleaning with solution, not just a quick spray with a hose. Next, I had an issue with the heater, and he quickly identified the problem with a sensor, replaced it, and installed it in a better location so it works even better. Overall, he is easy to communicate with and responds fast, and his rates are very reasonable and fair. Plus, he is just an incredibly nice guy and great to work with, with a lot of experience. Call Riddle without any hesitation!

Hack...job..does not finish he work left me with no gas to my dryer after he removed the gas line trying to install a new furnace..I would not let this Guy adjust my T- Stat....he would screw that UP...steer clear do yourself a favor.( Small Brain ).check out the pic of the furnace in the opening..only took 4 days to install it and this is a HVAC Guy?? And the work was done incorrectly contaminated my new condenser coil trying to clean old line set and did not hook up the exhaust stack right..Had to call a Real HAVC guy to fix his so called work and finish the JOB Right..
I met Shawn 3 years ago hes has been doing yhr maintenance for both our business and residential properties . He is super knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced .
I cannot give enough praise to the services that Shawn provided. He is professional, detailed, knowledgeable and prompt. Everything you will want in a company to help you. First went with a joker of a repair man who for 9 days (during a heat wave) couldn’t do anything about the broken circuit board. Then we called Shawn. Within 45 minutes of our call (mind you during a heat wave) he arrived. Took a look and assessed the situation with the circuit board then left to get the new board. He was back within an hour with the new parts. He went up to the furnace area in the attic then 45 minutes later cold air was coming out of the vents. He wasn’t done there. He went to the compressor outside the house and did a quick maintenance check on the entire unit. Very highly recommended. Will explain what he’s doing before during and after. Cannot be any more professional (licensed and bonded, he’ll even show you) and just a straight up good dude! Will give him a call every quarter to maintain our HVAC for sure.
