Absolutely worthless service
Anytime we call for service they are out at our house that day. always helpful and professional!
Overcharge one occasion just to change the filter because we didn't know what was wrong with the air condition and the filter just need to be changed charge $1,000 for maintenance on another occasion not using him anymore prices are too high
Several weeks ago our a/c went out and an employee of this company came out and tried to repair it. He came back many hours later but as of now, a month later our home is still about 90 degrees and no offer to repair I am very disappointed to say the least that I have been caught in a internal employee problem I didn't even know about. This is inhumane and we are seniors suffering in this heat. No excuse for this treatment!!!
