After getting an alarming report about my furnace from another company, I called Rick Beebe for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Rick spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining what the other company had done and then got a technician out to my house within 20 minutes. The technician did a thorough inspection and confirmed my furnace is in good working order and didn't need to be replaced. He was kind, respectful, and took the time to show me pictures and explain how my furnace worked.

Rick came out and quoted a new air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of heating and air conditioning and stated he has been in the business since 1960. He was the lowest quote of several other companies. I was very pleased with the way his men installed the conditioner and wore masks and gloves the entire time. I would recommend Rick Beebe Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing this type of service.

Rick and his crew just put in a new furnace and air conditioner for us yesterday during a pretty bad snowstorm (about 6") and did a great job. They completed the job in remarkable time considering the conditions and the location of our house to Rick's business. Used Rick and his guys to replace my furnace today. I think they did a great job and I was really happy with their service. Rick seems like a really knowledgeable guy who laid out my options without pressuring me one way or another. The techs who installed it were nice and knew what they were doing. The guy who came to take the scrap even took my water softener and pile of scrap metal I had been accumulating. They fixed my humidifier and replaced my furnace filter without adding anything to the original quote. Definitely plan on using them when I need to replace my air conditioner in the next couple of years.
