Rich was referred to me for my AC issue. The quality and value are second to none.
They arrived on time. They diagnosed the problem with my central air sytem. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I am very please with their service.

Rich’s heating and cooling LLC did a great job and were very professional. They had the most competitive price, we’re always responsive to my questions and installed the equipment thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.
So after doing a search of local central air unit repair businesses, I came across Rich’s Heating & Cooling… immediately thought great name as my wife and I both have Dads and brothers named Rich. Saw he has a 5 rating and read the positive reviews. Did an inquiry on his site and got a response within 15 minutes… came the very next day with partner Alberto to take a look and pictures and by the next day after received an estimate for our whole unit replacement. I can’t say enough about the all around absolutely great service that Rich and Alberto provided and I’m happy to now have a local contact I can go to if needed!
Rich performed maintenance on my brother's top-of-the-line Weil Mclain boiler, which he had installed over a decade ago. Recently, Rich replaced the back flow preventer and the pressure relief valve. He came to fix the boiler right away, knows this system inside & out, and his fixes and maintenance are sure. His prices are reasonable, and I give him 5 stars.

I'm happy to give another positive review to Richs Heating and Cooling business - I say 'another' because a few years ago, I wrote another positive review after Rich and Alberto installed my mini-split unit. That experience was marked by their efficiency, courtesy, and honesty - and since then, my summers have been made much more pleasant and livable by the effectiveness of the mini-split unit. Since then, I've had Rich come by and provide maintenance services. Recently, for example, I called Rich and asked him to pay me visit when he was available. By the way, as a very positive side note, Rich always answered his phone; there was no voicemail to get my message lost in space. I'm sure his busy season has already started, but nevertheless, he made time to provide maintenance services in his usual prompt, friendly and efficient ( and reasonable! ) way. I can't say enough of how pleased I am with my mini-split unit, and a major part of this positive feeling, is my experience with Richs Heating and Cooling.
Rich is a real professional, I like dealing with him he explained the whole process and performed excellent installation in a timely manner at an excellent price. He listened to my concerns and provided me with what I needed. I just was happy to deal with one person, When I called other companies I had to deal with several people from sales to installation to billing it was just confusing. I highly recommend Rich. I am looking forward for him to preform the necessary maintenance when needed.

I am delighted to write a review for Richs Heating and Cooling. They recently installed a new furnace in my home, and I could not have asked for a more professional and efficient experience. From the very beginning, their team was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They arrived promptly and got straight to work, taking care to protect my home and belongings throughout the installation process. I was particularly impressed with the speed and precision of their work. Despite the complexity of the job, they completed the installation in record time, without compromising on quality or attention to detail. And, as promised, they left my home spotless after the installation was complete. I didn't have to lift a finger to clean up after them, which was a welcome relief. As for the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was. I had done some comparison shopping before settling on Richs Heating and Cooling, and they came in significantly lower than their competitors without sacrificing any of the quality or professionalism. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Richs Heating and Cooling. If you're in need of HVAC services, I highly recommend giving them a call.

Rich has been everything you could ask for and more. Responsive when emergencies popped up, trustworthy, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient and cost conscious in his work and problem solving. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of heating or cooling (both of which I’ve needed and used Rich for) repairs/installation. A+ and 5 stars!
Luckily we found Rich just in time for a second opinion on what other guys said was that we needed a new furnace..He saved us thousands of dollars

Rich installed a new Gas - Williamson circulating hot water boiler. Recently had the 2 year checkup to ensure the boiler is working safely and efficiently. All good and very happy with the level of service provided!
