Our A/C stopped blowing cold air during one of our many 100 degree days. Called first thing in the morning and the team was very responsive and Luis was at our house by 10am. He worked quickly to diagnose and resolve the issue and we had cold air blowing in no time. Thank you Luis!!
We've been using Richmond Air since 2019 and not planning to change that. Great service and team.
I was extremely pleased with everything. Although we didn't have work done through Richmonds Air (warranty issues) they were extremely friendly and willing to discuss any questions or concerns I had about the system overall. Extremely knowledgable and personable. I will definitely be going to them in the future for any HVAC problems or upgrades.

Louis was very professional and made the time to service both of my AC units. He was very efficient and offered up options that might help me in the future but was not pushy at all. I will definitely be using Richmond’s again in the future.
I'm a new homeowner and wanted my AC unit checked out for any maintenance work before the heat of summer took off. I was able to get a technician out to my home within a day. My technician, Jordan, was extremely knowledgable and professional. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need considering I'm a new homeowner. Would definitely hire them again!

Richmonds Air exceeded our expectations! When our AC unit stopped working suddenly during a heat wave, Richmonds Air was able to come out same day and quickly assess and fix our issue. I am so grateful to them for their efficient and friendly service! Will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!
Jordan did a great job testing our AC system and making sure it was running properly. He came at a convenient time as well, which was much appreciated as a stay at home mom of two!
18 months ago I used Richmond’s Air to to replace an old AC unit. They were quick and professional. And cheaper than other quotes I got. AC unit is still going strong and hasn’t given me any issues. Highly recommend them
I requested service on their website Saturday after closing. Liz called me back to schedule an appointment Sunday even though they were closed. Jordan came out Monday, not just on time but early, checked my system, filters, and drain (AC emergency shutoff if clogged), cleared the drain, and didn’t charge me anything! He listened to my story about CenterPoint outages and my multiple attempts to reset the system and explained what may be happening and how to keep it from happening again. I’ll definitely be scheduling regular service with Richmond’s Air.
I’ve been suing Richmond’s Air for the past few years. Luis always comes quickly and never tries to sell me on something I don’t need. I can trust Richmond to get the job done quickly and to fix only what actually needs to be repaired.
Since now I live a home with my mom, she had her own AC guy, but then she can't get a hold of him. So I know about Richmond's Air and I called him and James reply back real quick and was able to come to my house in record time. I am guessing he was in the area already. He worked pretty fast and was able to fix the problem that day. The cost was reasonable and less expensive than my mom's AC guy. I would recommend this business for all resident of Houston.
I was having issues with my HVAC, and they were able to schedule an appointment and resolve my issue the same day. Jordan was very competent, professional and efficient. I would certainly use them again, if needed.

Had a malfunction with my nest thermostat last night, and the ac was turning on/off by itself. Called Richmond's air on a Friday night and owner helped me identify the issue, which was not the thermostat, but the ac unit. Was able to come by on a Saturday morning. Jordan was very professional and thorough to explain the issue. The price is also very reasonable. I am switching to this company for my annual maintenance from now on.
This is the second time I have used Richmond's Air and I could not be more satisfied. Jordan arrived on time, he was polite and professional, he wore shoe coverings inside the house, he explained everything to me patiently. The price for the required repair was acceptable and the repair was completed promptly and as an added bonus the compressor in the yard is much quieter now. I plan to use them again in the future.
I've been using Richmond's Air for the past 8 years and they do a wonderful job. I'm always amazed at how quickly they can get someone out, which is so appreciated in the Houston summer. Luis has worked on my house the past few years and he is excellent about answering all of my questions and explaining the situation and options very clearly.
I highly recommend Richmond's Air! I highly recommend Luis! Luis has come to our home for the last couple years and helped us squeeze a few more years out of our very old A/C system. He's prompt, professional, friendly, and he always offers great advice based on our situation. He always goes above and beyond and that really solidified our trust with him and Richmond's Air when it came time to replace our system. He was very patient and transparent with all of the many questions we asked him. The crew that came out to install the new system couldn't have been more friendly and professional. James, Luis, Alex, Jimmy and the rest of the crew were all so helpful as we continued to pepper them with questions during the install. We love our new heat pump, and can rest easy in the confidence we have in this professional company to stand by their work.
The tenants at our rent house notified me that the A/C system wasn't cooling. Jordan had installed a sensor in the attic the day before that would shut off the compressor if the condensation pan was about to overflow as had happened the year before and damaged the walls in the room below. Since the compressor wasn't running, I thought the problem might be related to the service call. I called Jordan, it was a Saturday. He was there within two hours and determined that a switch that turned on the compressor was faulty. He had a new switch, called a contactor, on the truck and replaced the bad one. He told me there was no charge. Richmond's had just replaced our entire HVAC system earlier in the week and did a fantastic job. They will be our go-to guys for anything A/C in the future.
