First time home owner here and Richardson heating and cooling went above and beyond when our 18 year old furnace finally died. He took the time to explain everything to me, gave me options, and was helpful beyond, by planning our tune up so we are ready to go at the beginning of each season. He was always right on time and answered any and all of my questions! Couldn't recommend enough!
Steve found our AC unit's problem and fixed it! Did not over charge me, and replaced thermostat! Great guy, great service, we will always call Steve!
Steve Richardson was a great help. I needed a new furnace and Mr. Richardson found me a replacement furnace and installed it. He didn't over charge me and I have heat. Thank you so much Steve!!
Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Called when he didn't show up on given time. Said he was on another job and would call when done. The call never came. Ya thats a way to do business. Went with someone else. Sorry dude this was going to be a big job with big money that you just lost on!
PULLED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ON ARLINGTON AVE. HAD TO HIT THE BRAKES HARD TO AVOID HITTING HIM. COULD HAVE CARED LESS ABOUT ALMOST CAUSING A ACCIDENT.
