Mark is great! Personable, reliable, and an independent small businessman that knows that his livelihood depends on the quality of his work and his reputation. We had our entire duct system replaced and the difference is very noticeable. I saved his contact in my phone and won't call anyone else unless there is absolutely no other option.
These guys were great!! Fast, friendly and reasonable!! I have them saved in my phone now for any A/C issues that may come up!!

I'm very pleased with how experienced and professional! Have had issues with our A/C since last year, had 2 other companies come out and they had no idea what was wrong, AND still charged us! I woke up at 3:30 this morning and it was H-O-T in my house. Thermostat showed 81 degrees.. not good. I remembered one of my friends recently mentiong a AC guy that was really prompt and took care of the issue at a fair price. So I looked up Richardson Heat and Air. Sent him a text message, went back to sleep and he called me at 6:46 this morning. Very polite over the phone and said he had a busy day but would work me in once he got a better idea of his busy schedule for the day. I heard back from at 11:07am this morning telling me he has other stops to make in the area but was on his way to my house. I headed that way and met him there. When I arrived they already had the problem diagnosed, expained in detail what the problem, went to get the new replacement part and called me at 3:09 this afternoon letting me know it was taken care of, repair completed!! I feared several $1000 dollars...not the case, try $265.21, same day service!! I highly recommend Mark Richardson and Richardson Heat and Air for all your AC and Heating needs! This guy came out to our rental property and said he would only charge $85 service call if the work required was one hour or less to fix. He said cleaning the clogged coils would take less than an hr so in total would be $85. AC system was cooling before his visit just leaking water. After his visit the system did not cool anymore. I called him to come and see why it’s not working after his visit. He did and said the breaker was tripped. He charged me another $85 to come and try and fix what he messed up the first time. His service is a rip-off stay away!
These guys are great! Very professional, accommodating, and well priced. Needed some quick a/c work done, and they came out the very next day and took care of us. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Will for sure hire them again.
