When we woke up on Saturday morning, we realized that our heater wasn't running, and our home was quickly becoming colder. We called Richard's at 8am, and he was at our home within two hours. He determined that our 10 year old heater's motherboard was causing the system fail. He got the replacement part, installed it, and got our heat up and running. We will have Richard's come back to do a check-up on our AC in the spring, and we highly recommend him to everyone.
