Richard Booth stole my money $2,600 for purchase and installation of A/C Condenser and the Air filter & the Drainage pipe for the A/C & also my kitchen broom. Endless excuses and never install my A/C Condenser. I already contacted Law Enforcement. I don't want anyone have to go through this Richard Booth Heating and Air like I did.
Call to get my heater fixed.. when I text him or called him to come back for warranty he never returned or respond to my calls the heater stopped working after 1 week that he repaired it. Still trying to contact him and no answer. Very unprofessional!
Richard was very professional he explained to me everything I needed to know about the heating problem my house was having, he successfully fixed the problem and gave me a reasonable price.
He took 4000. Dollars and never did anything.
It's cold now the owner started working on my daughter AC this pass summer took the mother board said he was going to come back and fix the system he told me a week ago that he will come by on Saturday and fix it now it's so cold my grandson is freezing until I can get the house heated with the oven and fireplace. Now he will not answer my calls or return them.

Made an appt with this guy to come out next day and he never showed up. Didn't call him anymore, just went with a different company.
Came out at 10pm on a Friday and we had air by 10:30, during the heat wave. Professional and knowledgeable.
