Rice HVAC Outstanding, Excellent, Professional Customer Service! Joe Rice( A Polite, Well Mannered and A Caring, Nice Young Gentleman- rare these days) explained everything to us( My Husband and I) from beginning to end. He installed our New Furnace and New Central Air along with his crew (Christian and Milan). They even relocated our New Central Air to a preferred location. His crew did an Awesome job in cleaning the air ducks in our home! Joe went above and beyond in doing an Excellent Job! He answered all our questions and any concerns we had. We couldn’t be Happier! We had a humidifier installed by Joe, communication was great and we had zero issues.

This business card about people and want to help those dealing with hard times. I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything with their Heating or AC systems.
Spoke with Christian, really appreciated how straightforward he was. He was honest about what they could/couldn't do, and the quote was more than reasonable. I've asked two other companies in the area to schedule a few jobs throughout the next 6 months. Felt the least "sold", confident I'm paying for quality work, and STILL much less. Great experience so far. Have integrity and will let you know what's necessary and what's fluff.
My experience with Rice HVAC couldn't have gone better. After we checked with 3-4 HVAC firms, and was told they couldn't handle what was needed, I made a connection with Rice. Joe Rice handled the job himself. Right from the beginning I knew he was the right man for the job, which was the replacement of our furnace's B-vent. Joe set up a mutually convenient time to do the inspection/estimate as well as the day for the install. The job was completed in one day by Joe and his associate, and when it was done they took care of clean-up so no one could ever tell any mess ever existed, and best of all, Joe's finale invoice totaled less than the estimate. What a pleasure it was to work with an honest and knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend Rice HVAC to all who need help with their heating/cooling systems.
I can’t say enough good things about RICE HVAC! We had our HVAC duct & vents cleaned along with a furnace tune up. Joe was incredibly responsive and helpful when I first called and even took his time to come out and answer all our questions and provide a quote before we scheduled his services, as we are first time home owners. Joe and his team are professional and friendly I would recommend Rice HVAC to anyone and will be using them for all future needs!
Joe kept me in the loop on arrival and what he did with the heater. He looked at the vents for cleaning and said it looked good and to wait. He gave a fair assessment and informed recommendations on our aging heating/cooling units. I felt like I was working with a reliable company.
Joe installed my new furnace and AC. I just moved into my house and my HVAC system was from the 80s. I knew it wasn’t worth trying to fix. I received 5 star customer service when first scheduling my appointments with Kelsey, to Joe installing the heating and air system. I definitely would use again and I highly recommend them.
