Called with an issue with heat after another HVAC company said we needed a new heater/venting. Charlie came over and fixed the issue, said heat and ducting is fine and didn’t charge us for the service call! He also installed our AC six years ago and did a great job.
installed AC and worked fine, but when i called him later didn't answer for a while and wouldn't initiate any help, if you are installing something with this guy, he will install and then you are on your own.
Installed new furnace i my home and modified some ducting. Did a great job at a very fair price.
Had done work before on the house and I called him to do some routine maintenance. Ignored the first message, then told me twice that he will be there at a certain day and did not show.
Used them through a home warranty. They called quickly on a Sunday evening, tried walking me through a few things over the phone. When that didn’t work, they came out Sunday night and got it fixed! Super nice and helpful.
This place has been around for several decades very trustworthy and honest always returned my phone calls.
Installation prices are good but doesn’t return phone calls for service.
