I have used this company for 20 years. They are dependable, professional, pleasant and reliable. I have recommended them to others and will do so again. Expensive but the results are worth it.
I am very happy with the service I received from Ribbit. They were on time. They did a great job on install ,did quality work, took time to answer all my questions, made me feel like a valued customer.I highley reccomend them and this is the one and only Hvac company I will use in the future !! They are the best !!
We've used them several times for installations, repairs and check-ups over the past few years. And each time they've been quick to respond/schedule, friendly and informative during the visit and a good value for a good product. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone in an emergency or for routine maintenance.

Jake Wells and Ribbit Heating and Air poorly installed a hvac unit in my home. I was forced to use other contractors to remedy the poor installation. If anyone has information on the current address of the business or owner it would be greatly appreciated. I need to serve legal documents to said person(s) in conjunction with a civil judgment.
Would highly recommend the crew at Ribbit, nothing more needs to be said than they did a great job and a great price.
When I asked Ribbit to give me an estimate for a new AC unit they were prompt and prepared. They gave me several options and explained the necessary steps for each one. I would gladly recommend them, and Jake was especially knowledgeable.
The owner Jake did 5 separate jobs for us, he quoted us for total install including new lines set that we requested to be done with the new units. After the fifth one he did we realized that he spliced in the old line sets and now all 5 need to be redone with proper sized line sets. Also his technicians did horrible workmanship electric was not to code and a fire hazard. All 5 fixed. On 2 of the five they didn't show up when they were supposed to, in fact those two jobs here failed to be there over 9 different times. His price he quoted was good but now I know why.
Their work wasn’t on time or up to code. Have to pay to have someone else come out and fix what they said they were replacing!
My air conditioner wasn’t blowing out air and Sunday was the hottest day of the year to date so after calling several different companies I called Ribbit.Jake informed me of the higher service call because it was the weekend and did offer to come the next day when the service charge would be lower but I wanted the air conditioner working so I asked him to come that day.The technician came out within an hour which was really good timing. I knew the blower motor on the furnace was faulty and I told him that,after doing his checks he told me the blower was fine and the air conditioner was down about 2 pds of Freon, I really didn’t believe that because the air conditioner is not 2 years old but what can you do!!!!!The total cost was $472.Well the very next day the exact same thing happened,the blower stopped working again, I called back and he came out again rechecked everything and said it was the blower,well of course I reminded him of what he had said about the blower working fine the day before and all that was needed was Freon,he admitted he “missed it “Now I questioned the Freon and of course he said it did need the Freon,really!!!!!!!He called the owner and allegedly gave him the model and serial numbers,after that conversation he told me he would be back about 9 the next morning to replace the motor. I have not heard anything from them since, I’m very upset because I believe I didn’t need Freon,the problem was misdiagnosed,no one called or came back the next day like he promised and I’m out of $472!!!!!Eventually I called another company that was highly recommended, they came out checked both units and told me what I already knew-the blower was faulty,he said he couldn’t say the unit didn’t need Freon but he said it was doubtful that it did. As I write this a new furnace is being installed,Ritter I want to say to you I’m very dissatisfied with how you handled this situation and will seek further legal options
Ribbit Heating and Air on a scale of 1-10 rate a 12. Jake and Steve gave us excellent+ service. They meet the scheduled time, called prior to arrival, performed excellent install as I observed Steve install our central air unit. Steve answered all my questions as he provided excellent installation. My only anxiety is that they are so good that they will not be able to continue such excellent service, because with this kind of service their business will continue to grow. I highly recommend them. Springfield does not have any heating and air service comparable to them. (Also, they are kind and caring professionals.) Dr. Mike Henry
Great deal on a new system. Very professional. Best part is when we had a little issue it was taken care of in a timely manner and all covered under warranty. Would definitely recommend
Fantastic service and quick to respond. Ribbit came out and gave us a quote quickly before anyone else and quoted us cheaper than anyone else. Then they had the audacity to do it quicker than anyone else could even come out and give us a quote! Amazing service again and they really know what they're doing. They thought it might take ~3 hours to install our new unit and put insulation on our ducts and it only took them 1.5 hours. I will recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting HVAC work done.

Service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Ready for summer and couldn't be more happy!
