RI Pipe Guys installed my Mitsubishi split systems ~ 4 1/2 years ago. 5 inside air handlers, a 2 ton compressor & a 3 ton compressor. Their estimate was the most reasonable, they respected my property, very courteous & professional. To top it off, everything has been running flawlessly since installation. Getting ready to call them for a new boiler/water heater system.
Rick, owner, came over to look at my old system (20+ years w/100 gal water tank) and gave me options that I could choose from along with cost, whether I could use RI Engergy's $1200 Rebate and how long it would take. There was no hard sell. He told me to think about it and call him when I had my decision. His wife, Pam, runs the office and answered any questions I had, sent me an invoice and a date was set for 7/20/22. They were on time, got the work done in the time they said and I was good to go. I saw my gas bill go from it's regular $80-$120 (before price hikes) drop to $25-$28 two months in a row...and that was with more cooking on my gas stove! (NOTE: I do have a gas fireplace and when the new system was put in, I had shut off the valve and have yet to turn it back on, which could also be a reason for some of the difference). Pam was very helpful in walking me through the entire Rebate application process . Rick came over for another project which was my front spigot. It needed to be replaced. However, upon further inspection, it just needed a new washer. Rick charged me only for the work done and part (which was discounted from the original quote for the spigot). Also, he a great source for other specialized contractors.
Pam called promptly with information and to make an appointment. She was easy to talk to, honest and ready to explain or help in any way she could. Rick was great, I enjoyed talking to him almost as much as getting a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and I believe went above and beyond to help me out. They are without a doubt, good honest people. I would highly recommend RI Pipe Guys

RI Pipe Guys was excellent in all areas of the job. They replaced two of our furnaces. Pam in the office was always extremely courteous and responsive, and she did a great job of keeping us informed of where things stood with respect to our insurance claim and the status of the delivery of the replacement furnaces. And Rick did a wonderful job in both replacing the furnaces quickly and in keeping us informed about all aspects of the replacement process. We highly recommend RI Pipe Guys, and we’ll definitely be using them for any future needs.
Very responsive, honest and professional. Worked with me to get replacement boiler from insurance company and installed promptly! Kept additional costs not covered to a minimum. Very satisfied! Pam and Rick are great!
Great group of guys! They installed my Navien high efficiency boiler. The price was excellent, and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Pam was INCREDIBLE. If it wasn't for her dealing with my home warranty company, my heat/hot water would have never been repaired. Josh the technician was also INCREDIBLE, very detailed in his work. I would HIGHLY recommend R.I. Pipe Guys to ANYONE needing boiler work.
Our central A/C broke down and we waited too long into the season to replace it. We contacted RI Pipe Guys based on a recommendation and we couldn't be happier. Rick and Co.had no issues whatsoever as to what time of year it was, came in at the lowest quote, and began to replace our system. During the process, Rick kept us informed of what he was doing, and Pam at the office, is a premium PLUS to deal with as she also keeps you informed of their every move via email and phone calls. If you want to add awesomeness to the whole project, I asked if Rick could install a new faucet for us while he was here. Knowing his schedule and being in the middle of summer, I did not expect it to happen. Pam called me, set up a date within that 2-week period, and Rick personally came out and installed a new faucet for us. Absolutely first rate !!!! I have no doubt that if I have A/C, heating or plumbing issues in the future, I am calling RI Pipe Guys. You not only get the quality service, you get the quality personalities as well - they are incredible to deal with.
My tenants had experienced a strange smell while using the water in the home. I reached out to RI Pipe Guys and they made time during their schedule to stop by and investigate the problem. Upon arriving at the home, they had found and identified to problem instantly. RI Pipe Guys informed me that the sewage line at the home had collapsed and had to be changed immediately, they rescheduled their other customers for the day due to how severe this problem was and replaced the collapsed sewage line within hours. The work performed was excellent, the mechanics were professional and the price was very competitive. I am very pleased on the how smooth the whole transaction went. Highly recommended!
I own a multifamily that needed 2 new boilers. When Rick came in for a quote he explained the entire process and answered any questions I had. When the work began he showed up when he said he would and everything went smoothly. He took his time and keep me informed of his progress. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him.
