Can't say enough good things about RHR - have used these folks for new HVAC and ducts at old home, same day service during the week with my condo.

Paid them cash up front to run HVAC to bonus room, they did not finish the job and will not return calls.
They were very quick to help me get my heater fixed. The guys that came by were courteous and professional. They had the heater fixed the next day! Would definitely recommend them

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! Our heater stopped working and we had to go through 'Service Pro Heating and Air' because our home insurance connected us with them first. They took forever, seemed unsure of what the issue was, suggested a huge part needed to be ordered and replaced, had the WORST communication ever (pretty much non-existent), so after a week and a half with no heat, we requested going through RHR and they came out SUPER fast AND fixed it right on the spot!! Now our kids don't have to hover around our space heaters we placed around the house to stay warm in this cold winter weather. THANKS RHR Heating and Cooling! I am going to continue to spread the word around work that RHR is the company to turn to for any heating issues!
From my experience, this company is very fast to respond and they do good work. Their rates are also reasonable. I highly recommend RHR Heating and Cooling.

they came out four times to my house and still could not fix (even after the owner are out twice) my problem. I finally had to tell my home warranty company that I needed someone else to come out. I opened my claim on Jan 2nd and as of January 24th the other company fixed it on the first try. Owner was super hard to get in touch with and would not call me back until I went to the warranty company. Stay away.
RHR was assigned to fix our a/c through our home warranty company...I have a son with asthma, so when the a/c broke in the middle of the night on a Saturday morning in the middle of August, needless to say I was not happy! I called RHR early Monday morning, explained to them my situation, and they were at my house shortly after lunch. The tech who came out didn't have the part to fix the problem on his truck, so he went all the way back to the office, grabbed the part, and then came back and fixed the a/c in the middle of a thunderstorm! RHR went over and above for my family, and I can't recommend them enough, especially as I sit here enjoying my a/c! Thank you!!! :-) :-) :-)
Very honest, straightforward, and good company. They give honest opinions regarding whether to repair or replace hardware based on what's best for the customer, and not for their bottom line. They have strong technical expertise, are punctual, reasonably priced, and work hard.
My husband and I needed a complete HVAC replacement in a tri-level home that had a 20 year old system that finally crashed. The owner came out the next day to quote the system and was right on time. We received a detailed estimate within 24 hours with 2 different manufacturers. Once agreed upon, they were there the next week beginning the demo. The initial estimate was 4 days to complete the work but ended up taking about 5.5 days (kind of the norm for this type of thing). The reason for the 4 is that communication as to when the guys would be there was a little lacking and they only accept check/cash or credit card. They do not have an option for financing through them. The quote was very reasonable as it comes to HVAC replacements. I would definitely recommend RHR.
