I accidentally overpaid Brandon $400 because he asked for payment halfway through the job. I paid him $400 cash. When the job was done he said the total was $700 and I forgot to take $400 out of the total I paid him. I Venmo'd his wife $700. He said he would get it back to me two different times but now he will not respond. So unfortunately I'm taking him to a small claims court because he won't pay me back. It's unfortunate because he's a good guy but making a really bad decision right now.
