Rudy is a complete professional! He is very quick to respond to calls and texts. He is a master at his craft and backs his work. I have used Rudy's services for a couple of years now and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for small and large jobs with heating and cooling needs.
I am extremely impressed with the knowledge, skills, and service provided by Rudy with RG Heating and Cooling Inc. I highly recommend this business. Rudy originally installed the heating for my home In 2014 as part of a whole house remodel. Everything went smoothly with Rudy's job (somethng I can't say for the rest of my remodel). Since then, my HVAC system has worked seamlessly. Recently, however, I noticed a strong smell from one of my HVAC vents. I only noticed this smell from one vent, so I didn't think it could be the furnace causing the problem, but I wasn't sure, so I called Rudy in hopes that he could help me investigate the problem. He was able to come out the same day and did a thorough investigation. He was able to tell me that the furnace was working properly and there was no blockage or leakage in the system. This was very reassuring to me. I particularly appreciated his thoroughness and his patience in explaining to me how the system worked. He was also able to offer some practical (and inexpensive) advice on how to maintain the system to prevent possible future problems. While we weren't able to definitively determine the cause for the smell, Rudy let the furnace run for approximately 15 minutes (something I'd been afraid to do without him being on site as I did not want to damage the furnace or start a fire). By that time, the smell had begun to dissipate, and I have not had any problems since then. Thank you Rudy for your prompt attention and thorough investigation. Please feel free to use me as a reference. I can recommend you without reservation.
Rudy did an exceptional job replacing my leaky heating and air unit. He is exceptionally courteous, professional and honest. I could not be more pleased with the quality of his work as well as my new system.
Rudy is amazing! He answered my call immediately, ran me through a few quick troubleshooting options over the phone. Showed up quickly and worked to quickly identify and fix the issue. I am so grateful for his quick response and fair rates!
He always answers the phone, he is quick ro reapond and his prices are fare. Plus I'd rather talk to a one man shop because you know who you are dealing with.
Called Rudolpho on a Saturday afternoon and he showed up within the hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. His manner was very professional and his price was extremely fair considering that most of the places I called wouldn't even come out on the weekend. I will totally recommend him to anyone! On top of his excellent and professional service Rudolpho himself is they type of person everyone wishes they had as a friend, and thats within knowing him for 5 minutes! Truly grateful that I called!
