My water heater had been leaking for several days before I noticed. Called Brian and he stopped by the next day to evaluate and determined after 16 years, it needed to be replaced. Brian and Brad arrived the following morning to replace it. They replaced my furnace and AC unit 10 years ago. They were the first and only company I considered to replace my water heater. Their prices are fair, they are extremely professional and always reliable. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC services!
Reynolds has been taking care of our furnace for many years. They are very thorough and honest. Brian and Brad are the best. I have and would refer them without any hesitation.
We had Reynolds Heating and Cooling install an AC system and a new furnace. Brad came out on Monday 8/31/20 to give us an estimate and he began the work the next day. Brian joined him on Wednesday and they had both heating and cooling up and running that afternoon. They were both very professional, courteous and gladly answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Reynolds Heating and Cooling to anyone who has heating and/or cooling needs. My husband and I are very pleased with the work that they did. I called Reynolds about water heater problems after they were recommended to us by another contractor we trust. Brian made it clear right away that he values his customers’ time and opinions- we chatted for a while about what the issue might be, and he sent John out to take a look within a few days. What impressed me the most is that Brian prefers to take the time to educate his customers and weigh the options at hand, even going as far as to run some unusual ideas I brought up to his colleagues in the field. At any rate, the work was performed later that week and everything was done neatly and professionally, at a competitive price. These guys passed with flying colors, and I’ll certainly be recommending them as soon as I can. 👍 07/30/20 Update: I continue to be very impressed by Brian and his team. They came in for a seasonal system checkup and discovered something that was affecting our A/C efficiency. The following morning it was back up and running- with noticeably improved performance. Contacted Reynolds Heating and Cooling and spoke to Brian Reynolds. My A/C unit needed to be replaced. He sent John out that day to review my options. Brian then made arrangements to have his crew out the very next day to replace my old unit. They showed up on time, were clean and professional. We had our new unit installed in a day so we could sleep comfortably that night. We want to thank Brian and his team for their prompt courteous service. I feel we got a fair price for the A/C unit that was installed and the service we received. I would highly recommend Reynolds Heating and Cooling.
Excellent experience with Reynolds from start to finish. Recently moved into a new house and the AC unit broke. Brian was able to walkthrough all our options and explain in detail what exactly needed to be done to replace the unit and also how to improve the efficiency of the air flow. When Brian and team came to do the job everyone was very professional. They truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!
This is a family business that cares about the customer. A unique situation arose with my old furnace and the owner recognized it needed attention. He took over and went above and beyond. He called me and made every effort to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. These guys are clearly talented, understanding and professional. Support your local small business. It'll be worth it.
Last month our furnace went down during a cold spell and they had it up and running in no time! I have been a customer of this company for years, and they have always delivered. Reasonably priced, quick to take care of the problem, and always courteous. Every technician that has been to my house over the years has been a total pro. I highly recommend!
First off, when you call the owner Brian answers the phone. They have worked with me on multiple projects. When we moved in the furnace had a Reynolds sticker on it. So we called them to have the ducts cleaned. They also did a maintenance check on the furnace. We later had an issue with the furnace and it was under warranty so we just had to pay labor. Then our old ac unit crapped out. So we had the guys come in and replace it. They were able to move the unit from the back of the house (patio) to the side of the house. Then we decided on an on demand hot water heater which they installed with out any issues. On Monday the furnace went out on my other property. This was a tricky issue due to the age of the furnace. They worked really hard to get it up and running. Their prices are fair, work is amazing & their commitment is over the top. If you're looking for an honest hardworking HVAC company, you found it. Reynolds has saved us many times! Brian is very responsive. Every time I have had to call him he answers his phone right away and always makes time in their schedule to fit us in. We have used Reynolds for air conditioner problems, furnace and duct cleaning. They are a wonderful company to deal with. I cannot say enough good things. The employees are professional, timely and their work is done well.

I called Reynolds Heating & Cooling back in January when my furnace started emitting a weird smell. Reynolds was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave us all of our options. As it turns out, we needed to replace the unit. They did an excellent job installing the new furnace and thermostat and explaining how everything worked. Now that the weather is a bit warmer, we tried to turn on our AC unit (which we hadn't replaced) but it wouldn't start. I called Reynolds and they were great about sending someone out to see what was going on. Turns out there was an internal issue with the thermostat that prevented it from sending the right signal to turn the AC on. The technician had a replacement thermostat (new) in his van. He swapped mine for the replacement and everything worked perfectly. This crew does excellent work. In the rare case of an issue, they work quickly and effectively to make things right. I hope I don't need to call them again anytime soon, but I recommend them 10x over for anyone who has any heating or cooling needs.
I'm a homeowner, business owner and landlord. Whenever I have HVAC issues, Brian and his crew make sure that the problem is taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. I highly recommend.
Brian and his crew do a great job, they are reasonable and I trust them 100% with my boiler which, "came over on the Mayflower". They keep it running great and up-to-date and when the time comes to replace it they will be helping me to decide on the best option and they will be taking care of everything from there. I trust their expertise and their guidance as I know they are more interested in what's right for my situation and not just the upsell. Great people which makes for a great company!

I am an HVAC engineer and was impressed with the quality of work Reynold's performed. My A/C condenser's compressor died last Thursday, I hired them at noon on Friday and they were already installing the new unit that afternoon! Great Service.
