Greg has exceptional knowledge, service, and dedication! We just bought our first home, needless to say we have a lot to learn about home maintenance. My husband and I had our HVAC system go out and in less than two days we were problem free and have not had any more issues with our unit. He spent a great deal of time determining the cause of the problem, it is easy to tell he is dedicated to providing the best service possible for his customers. Even more, he described everything he did to fix our unit in detail and recommended a plan to ensure we have proper HVAC maintenance to avoid further issues going forward. We are so pleased with the work that he did and couldn't imagine using anyone else for our ongoing HVAC maintenance at our home here in Charleston!
Showed up in a timely fashion and was very communicative/professional. Troubleshot and replaced a stuck-closed relay on the condenser which caused the cooling coil to freeze up. Charged a little more refrigerant and was overall done in about an hour and a half. The bill was very reasonable and I would happily contact them for any future HVAC needs!
Greg came out with a quoted time of 2:30 and was ahead of schedule which never happens anymore. Most HVAC companies come out do a quick look throw a few parts in and leave and give you a hefty bill. Not Greg he comes out and is extremely thorough with your unit. He spent multiple hours cleaning my unit making corrections of shortcuts other companies made and explained in great detail and in language I could understand and fixed multiple issues from other companies. He will make sure it gets done right the first time. He is also very flexible with your schedule to make the time work for you. My old unit is now working like a charm and I am not worried my unit will break on me. Greg also keeps everything cleaned up and looking better than he found it. If you want someone who is knowledgeable loves what he does and very detailed please consider Revival Heating and Air. You will know you are in good hands.
