Needed a whole house dehumidifier installed and they not only got me on the schedule in less than a week, but were extremely professional and efficient, especially since my hvac and utilities are located in a really nasty area under my house. Julio and Edgar were amazing and kept me informed as things came up as needed. I will definitely recommend them to others

Professional work done by Marcelino, Rodolfo and Jose. Highly recommended. Replaced broken air handler in crawl space as well as compressor unit outside in a day’s work. Passed county inspection on first attempt. Area was left clean. Experience was fast and smooth. Booking availability was great. New unit is a big upgrade from prior and they handled registration for my extended warranty. Fully satisfied.

Jose and his team did a great job! They ordered our repair part for our A/C quickly and scheduled the repair install for a time that worked best for our schedule. The crew that came out did a fantastic job - they were quick, on time and our A/C blows super cold now. They also wore shoe covers (without us even having to ask) when coming in our house which we appreciated a lot! Would definitely recommend for HVAC repair and maintenance.
The reason why I gave them five stars is mainly on their punctuality, flexibility, and the very respectful communication i'd received. Jose was very kind and patient. He broke down the wear and tear of my unit by explaining and showing the hazards to me. Due to my hectic work schedule, he suggested times that were more convenient and made himself available if I had any questions and concerns. Rodolfo and Wilson installed my unit. They were kind and were very respectful of my home. Took their shows off at the door or worn shoe covers so I wouldn't have scoff marks on my floor. All of them were very respectful to me and my belongings, and that made me feel good. To me, that shows the type of quality of work I'd received, and it was excellent.
Jose and his team replaced an A/C coil for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and worked to order a replacement. I appreciated the Residential HVAC Services office filing the warranty replacement and coordinating the delivery of the new part. With the new coil, new freon, and exterior unit cleaned, the system is humming and the house is cool!

One of the best experiences I’ve had! Jose and his team at Residential HVAC Services were amazing. I called about our A/C system not cooling our house properly and within an hour Jose was at our door. He diagnosed our problem and talked me through the full details of the A/C failure. He never tried to sell me or tell me I needed to do something, rather his recommendations were honest, detailed, and helped me make an informed decision. After finding that our indoor coil was the cause of the A/C failure, Jose was able to give us a great recommendation for replacement at a very reasonable price. We found out that the unit was under warranty and Residential HVAC was able to get the replacement part and install it quickly. When the team came to do the fix, they were very respectful and professional. From wearing covers for their shoes when entering the house to arriving when they said they would be there. The fix took around 3 hours which was very quick and our A/C was back up and running cold as the Arctic in no time at all. I would highly recommend Jose and his team at Residential HVAC Services if you are ever in need of heating or cooling services. I want to thank them for how smooth of a process it was and how professional and respectful they were. Would recommend! 10/10

While visiting my mom in Raleigh,NC she had issues with the heating and A/C unit. We called several places. Residential HVAC were attentive, they installed a new A/C unit within our budget.

Our unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Jose and he sent a repairman the next day. The repairman also fixed the thermostat and assisted us with the settings and savings schedule. Give Resedential a call and you will be a satisfied customer too!
My AC died and Residential HVAC service was able to replace my unit the next day and at a very reasonable price. The guys were very friendly and explained the repairs and tips to save money. I highly recommend the guys!
