I’ve gotten my AC Unit serviced by other providers previously, but the level of service Brandon from Rescue Your Air & Drain provided today is incomparable. Not only did he provide critical information previous service providers have neglected to pass along, he went the extra mile to ensure this repeated problem we experienced was much less likely to occur again. I highly recommend both Brandon & the company to anyone needing fast, reliable service.
This business/ company is horrible. You ask for appointment for service. They tell you something and do what they want. And lie about what they say to you. They made me loose work to come and wait for someone who never came. We work hard to make a living and can’t afford to miss work for playing games with a company we needed service from. Fred the owner wouldn’t even return our call and Their receptionist hung up on us. And they left us without water for the weekend. Don’t use this company if you’re serious about getting stuff fixed. We got a better company and apologized for this horrible company and situation. I had to rate a star to make a post. But don’t deserve it. After seeing other costumers comments? I see the same thing happening to many people from this horrible company and when they make a mistake they abandon you. I am out of water for the weekend because of their mistakes and abandoned their duties because of their mistakes. Don’t put your trust in them.
Johnny Hymans did an excellent job repairing/replacing my toilet. He was always on time, polite and courteous. He explained and showed me the issues. Kept me up-to-date on the process. Efficient and effective. Very pleased, Thank you.

Once the request was placed, they immediately sent me an appointment confirmation. Bobby called to see if it was ok to arrive early. YEAH. They kept me updated until they arrived at my front door. He did a thorough check to see what the problem was. While doing all this he explained everything, step by step. He wasn’t rushing and was very professional. Then he checked the unit to make sure everything checked out. This was professional customer service. Will be using them for my yearly maintenance for summer and winter. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
American Home Shield sent Rescue Your Air & Drain after I submitted a service request. The technician that I sent was simply amazing. If I’m not mistaken, his name was Brandon and he was the most thorough tech ever! He figured out the reason why our unit kept freezing and why the “fixes” that were put in place was simply a bandaid and did not address the root cause of the issue. Once he addressed the wiring issue, he throughly cleaned the inside of our unit. He did not rush and I really appreciate the fact that he explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Needless to say, it’s been two weeks and our air is still working great! (I wanted to wait to submit a review until I confirmed that all was well.) I’m truly grateful, that AHS finally sent us someone that got the job done!!

These guys came right in and fixed the hot water heater without a single issue. They were very respectful and professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again when needed. UPDATE: We've used these guys multiple times and each time is the same as the first, they come in, get the job done, and are very knowledgeable about what's going on and how to fix it. Andre is the best!!! He's so helpful, professional, and polite!
