We just moved into a new house and needed the AC system checked because our home inspection was done in the winter and they could not turn the units on. I called Rescue just to get an appointment on the books. They were able to get someone out within an hour and we weren’t really even in a hurry. Logan came out and was a super nice guy and worked right through the rain servicing both our units. He was done within an hour and explained a few things to me that I didn’t know (I’ve never had a story house with 2 units). It was really great finding a local business that was so responsive. Looks like I found a heat and air company that will serve me years to come!

Tom was amazing and the hero of the day since our air conditioning had been out for four days. We weren't scheduled for a few more days because they were so busy, but he managed to squeeze us in early. Took his time to explain everything and to recommend what was needed. The office (Sandy?) even called a couple of days later to check on us. Thank you Rescue Heat and Air for great service!! Aug 18, 2022 Had them out a second time for different problem and they were amazing again. Came out within hours of my calling and we were up and running within an hour. Thanks guys. Will always call you from now on. May 30, 2023 Once again, these guys saved the day. Came out within hours of calling, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in no time. So friendly and accommodating. Will always call you!

Not only did my technician show up very experienced, he also quickly, efficiently, and professionally got my air conditioning up and running and explain to me what was wrong with it. If I ever have another HVAC related issue, I already know who I’m going to call, and that’s rescue heat and air.
