Joe went above and beyond accommodating our needs. Diagnosis on Friday, three day estimated shipping for parts, and by Sunday morning my unit was up and running. Quick and easy, can’t recommend them enough…!

I had originally scheduled seasonal maintenance but Joe the tech who came out, did an inspection and convinced me to not do that because my units were in great shape. I had another company to service my system and they were horrible. 5 trips - nothing fixed. Rescue Air came out, assessed the damage, and had it fixed with the needed part within 24 hours! This is the best HVAC company ever! 20+ years as a homeowner and this is the best HVAC company I have ever experienced!

Joe (tech) checked my ac system, he determined that the outside ac compressor coils internally was very dirty causing the fan to overwork. He explained the process to me before and after the cleaning. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with ac/ heating concerns. Kudos! Rescue Air!
Sounds like I have had the same great experience as others. I am not surprised. Joseph was the fourth contractor assigned by my home warranty because he was the only one that I didn’t have to wait two weeks for. (And having dealt with two of the other companies the summer before, I would not have let them come even if they could that day!) So, originally, I was just happy someone could get there quickly. I was efficient, easy to deal with, and so on top of dealing with AHS (home warranty). He had the unit ordered immediately and was able to install within a day of it arriving. But even more importantly, I could reach him when I called, he explained everything clearly, and he checked in when part arrivals changed. I will definitely request him again! Thanks Joseph!

Joseph was assigned to my claim by my home warranty. After a hellish month of no AC and dealing with a horrid technician, my expectations were very low. Joseph arrived on 9/14/22 to diagnose my AC unit. He was courteous, professional, and a literal breath of fresh air. He submitted his diagnosis to my home warranty that same morning and by the afternoon my claim had been approved. Joseph called me the next morning to verify an appointment to install our new unit and made sure all my questions were answered. On 9/16/22 morning he showed up on time and got straight to work. By that afternoon we had cold air circulating in our home after 38 days of unbearable heat. He was a literal angel! If you are looking for someone who does the job right and fast Joseph is your guy. I realized my air conditioner wasn't working in April. My home warranty company sent two companies to work on my unit which resulted in my air conditioner still not working. Mr. Joseph Moss was sent in July. Upon meeting Mr. Moss, I knew I would be taken care of. Mr. Moss is very knowledgeable, honest and passionate about his work and the quality. His dedication and commitment to his work has definitely proven to me that this company will be my go to for all of my HVAC needs.
