Mike, Shauna, and the Res-Q team were great to deal with in replacing a rooftop HVAC unit on my downtown property. It was no easy job and required a crane while working through a hot summer night. They know what they're doing and I will gladly refer them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I clipped a wire on my outdoor unit while doing yard work. Immediately the fan stopped. I called ResQ at 8:45 pm on a Friday and a technician was at my home in less than an hour. He was kind to me and my dog, never made me feel stupid for the accident and got me up and running in less than 45 minutes. In less than 2 hours from the incident, I was taken care of...and for an incredibly reasonable service fee. Thank You!!
Called to have my AC checked out because it wasn’t blowing well. Asked how much the service would be over the phone and told $105 for the service call. And any additional cost for parts, or additional service, would be communicated. AC guy showed up, looked at my AC for about 30 minutes and came up to tell me to change the filter and the problem would be fixed. Charged me $210. I asked why 210 when told it would be 105. He said 105 is for the service call and the other 105 is for him to be there. What? He didn’t do anything. Granted my air filter does need to be changed, and I was aware of that, but thought there might be an actual problem. Not sure why the cost would double. Called to question this and the rep said she would call me back. Have yet to receive a response on that. Sure won’t be using this company again, feels like I was scammed. After speaking with customer service the service guy came back and said he made a mistake, and that the charge was $105. I appreciate that they corrected this, but still find it odd that there was confusion over the cost in the first place.
Extremely professional and helpful. Was able to diagnose and get my AC back up and running extremely fast. I will definitely be using Res-Q for any future HVAC needs and I highly recommend using them as well!

The girl in the office was so helpful.Xavier was out the same day and got our furnace going in less than an hour!! My family thanks you for Rescuing us on the coldest day of the year!!!! Great service and great prices! I am no longer using another company!
I have used this company for years. They have always been fair and upfront. I recommended them to a friend for full AC and furnace replacement and they did a great job for them as well.
I would stay clear of this company. I am a contractor and have been in business for over 20 years. The house I'm redoing he installed a furnace in and was installed very poorly. Plus he fell through ceiling and did not fix, plus he drilled four 3 inch holes in ceiling in lvrm and found out he hit a stud and didn't fix them. He put cold air return in bedroom and mounted the thermostat right below it. Than the cooling line going to outside unit he put out where gutters mount . Than when the lady told him he sent his guy out which I bent and put it in the wall , his guy cut line and put a 90% in it and charged the lady 600.00 the he didnt add or remove freon . It was never released from unit outside. . He yelled at the owner and blamed everything ( bad workmanship) on me. Which he has no clue on structural or building and to me no clue on installing a furnace. Beware of this company and owner
The technician was very professional and he came on time he located the problem I had with my furnace shutting on off and its working perfectly now
Great Service ! Second time I have used them and both times excellent ! Issue with furnace on New Years Eve morning...and they fixed it New Years Eve afternoon ! Great people on the phone for customer service and the technicians are excellent. Highly recommend !
I called Res-Q Services first thing this morning and talked to Shauna because I had no heat and within a 2 hour period, Michael had come to the house checked everything and found the problem plus ordered the part to come back this afternoon to install it. Michael and Shauna were both very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Thank you RES-Q SERVICES!

Michael the owner appears to not only be a very moral and professional man, but truly cares about taking care of the customer. I admire that he not only has a great team that jumps in and gets the job done, but he also uses proceeds to take care of the homeless & those less advantaged than most in the inner city of KC. This is not something he typically shares, but for someone to not only dedicate personal time, but treasure to those in need tells me a lot about how he handles his business. I recommend anyone to give this company a chance to bid on your business. I have been a customer for the last 3 years.
Out of 4 major service companies, Res-Q called me back and scheduled me for a Saturday. Showed up early to fix the AC and was done by 10am.
Mike is awesome, came out at 1am had our air condition fixed in no time. Highly recommend
The owner Michael is a dishonest person. We had an issue with our AC and he came without any diagnosis suggested to put some Freon. He charged us $400 for Freon. Be aware and don’t trust anything he says.
We have used Res-Q Services now for over four years. They were recommended to us from a family member, and we are so thankful to use them for all of our family’s heating and cooling needs! We recently had a situation happen that shook up our family a little bit, and Camden, one of the servicemen, promptly came over and went above and beyond to ensure our family’s safety, giving us the peace of mind to rest at night knowing we would be OK. He even came back the next day to repair parts and make sure we were taken care of in the most professional, yet kindest way possible. He thoroughly explains what he is doing so that we know the reason for everything he is repairing, and the company as a whole has gone above and beyond to serve our family well! Res-Q services have definitely earned our recommendation, and even more important than that, our trust. We are happy to be loyal customers!

The undercounter fridge where we store our milk to make it accessible to the baristas went out. We had to make do putting milk other places which was very inconvenient. I called Res-Q services and they came out within the hour, had the fridge fixed and also went the extra effort to check all the other parts and clean things out for a VERY reasonable rate. Everybody I talked to and interacted with was very personable and pleasant. They are now my definitive go-to whenever I need any repairs done here at the shop or at my house.
